(2) Any proceedings in resepct of a contravention of or conspiracy to contravene an Act mentioned in subsection (1), other than this Act, may be instituted at the instance of the Government of Canada and conducted by or on behalf of that Government.:: in other words SHUT DOWN. But this is to be ignored by sec 50 of C-30!! THis isn't protecting children from internet predators, this is protecting CRIME INTO LAW!!!
