In order to make Alexa Devices work for all you, we need to verify that your Country doesn't need special settings.
For this reason if you are not currently able to setup the integration, I would ask you to follow the following steps:

- Which is the URL of the Amazon main site you usually browse?

- From a browser page that is authenticated to Amazon, please navigate to https://alexa.amazon.{your main domain}/api/users/me (e.g. https://alexa.amazon.it/api/users/me) and report back:

- countryOfResidence ( at the beginning )
- marketPlaceDomainName (at the end)
- marketPlaceLocale ( at the end )

Then make a post with the following info:

- Country selected for the integration setup:
- URL of main browsed Amazon site:
- API countryOfResidence:
- API marketPlaceDomainName:
- API marketPlaceLocale:
