I've just had a look at manymoon.

I Will contact the Sydney office first thing tomorrow and ask Cameron to take out, reinsert the modem and advise which lights are on.

If you could please stand by at approx 8:30am Melbourne time to advise further actions (if needed) as I would like to put the pad back into the venue tomorrow if this is possible.

The dongel software has been updated . The USB sync hasn't been installed yet. We'll do this today.

I've asked a question about the dongel in manymoon yesterday. Could you please respond to that?
