  1. MIKEY G'S SHEEP CHEESE ALFREDO

  3. INGREDIENTS:

  5. Garlic (like a tablespoon idk a clove or two, minced.)
  6. Butter (half a stick)
  7. Heavy Whipping Cream (a cup)
  8. a block of Pecorino Romano (grate a cup AND DONT BUY IT PRE-GRATED JESUS FUCK)
  9. a block of Parmesano Reggiano (grate half a cup AND DONT THINK ABOUT TOUCHING THAT POWDERY SHIT)
  10. salt and pepper to taste (duh)

  13. RECIPE:

  15. Melt half a stick of butter, and throw in the minced garlic. Get the mince as fine as you can to minimize chunky-ness.
  16. Lightly sautee the garlic until... well it looks like sauteed garlic (be careful not to burn the garlic!)
  17. Add the cream and slowly heat it up until it just barely simmers. Boiling cream is bad so keep an eye on it.
  18. Once the cream is just barely simmering, add the cheeses and lower the heat.
  19. Stir until everything is incorportated.

  21. SERVE OVER PASTA.
