- MIKEY G'S SHEEP CHEESE ALFREDO
- INGREDIENTS:
- Garlic (like a tablespoon idk a clove or two, minced.)
- Butter (half a stick)
- Heavy Whipping Cream (a cup)
- a block of Pecorino Romano (grate a cup AND DONT BUY IT PRE-GRATED JESUS FUCK)
- a block of Parmesano Reggiano (grate half a cup AND DONT THINK ABOUT TOUCHING THAT POWDERY SHIT)
- salt and pepper to taste (duh)
- RECIPE:
- Melt half a stick of butter, and throw in the minced garlic. Get the mince as fine as you can to minimize chunky-ness.
- Lightly sautee the garlic until... well it looks like sauteed garlic (be careful not to burn the garlic!)
- Add the cream and slowly heat it up until it just barely simmers. Boiling cream is bad so keep an eye on it.
- Once the cream is just barely simmering, add the cheeses and lower the heat.
- Stir until everything is incorportated.
- SERVE OVER PASTA.
- OR NOT.
