Thanks for the vote of confidence!  It is really appreciated. I am free on Sunday evenings and most Mondays and Wednesdays.  Fridays I don't usually get on until after Midnight since I work most Fridays. Keep me informed or let me know where to find the info on the upcoming boot camp.

However, what it DOES mean is that you should start leading squads as often as possible because as of right now, you are being evaluated by our current officers. If we notice that you are running squads often, getting positive feedback and most importantly - getting good RESULTS, we will go ahead and make things official.

lan and then evaluate whether the plan is working or not.
