2. Hey Shalon,
3.
4. I just wanted to drop you a note to see if you might be interested in becoming a squad leader for spec ops. I noticed on Friday night that you were offering some sound tactical advice/intel but I was being stupid/indecisive due to frustrations from being outnumbered and the fact that we were not able to advance on the VS like I wanted to. I probably should have listened sooner and had our guys redeploy immediately once the TR started getting close to the bio lab (lesson learned). We need more people like you who aren't afraid to speak up and make those kind of suggestions. I promise to take them more seriously from now on. ;)
5.
6. So what do ya say? Do you want to be a squad leader? If so, you will need to attend boot camp next month and clear up your schedule for Sunday night trainings and at least one of the Mon/Wed/Fri night ops we'll be running every week. Read this post for more info on what we're looking for in our squad leaders.
7.
8. If not, that's okay - just know that your advice and intel is appreciated! Don't let my stupid decisions discourage you from offering it up! :)

12. Thanks for the vote of confidence! It is really appreciated. I am free on Sunday evenings and most Mondays and Wednesdays. Fridays I don't usually get on until after Midnight since I work most Fridays. Keep me informed or let me know where to find the info on the upcoming boot camp.
13.
14. BTW, I always enjoy your command squads.

45.
46. Please note that being a "candidate" is no guarantee that you will be chosen as an official squad leader. However, what it DOES mean is that you should start leading squads as often as possible because as of right now, you are being evaluated by our current officers. If we notice that you are running squads often, getting positive feedback and most importantly - getting good RESULTS, we will go ahead and make things official.
47.
48. GOOD LUCK - and thanks for stepping up!
