Soryen walked into the village park with the idea of training his mastery over the katon element the child has a brilliant idea spark into his mind, what if he was able to amplify the element into his katana? The boy's skills with the sword were magnificent but he needed a bit more gutting power to it... as katanas weren't really a type of weapon which you would use to stab people he thought that if maybe he were to enhance it with fire at the razor's edge it would cut into flesh way easier and maybe with a bit of training even cut harder objects like earth and maybe even metal? But that was a long way from happening, the kid had a basic grasp of the element and didn't even know a traditional jutsu , much less create his own, that didn't stop him from trying though.

Soryen unsheathed his katana and inspected it's magnificence , he would always be captivated by it whenever he didn't do battle, a true sword lover. The boy put the katana on the ground and formed the tiger seal, the backbone of any fire jutsu. He closed his eyes and began to mold fire chakra into his stomach, he'd only gotten used to doing it there as that's what he only read in the scrolls he did find , he'd brew the energy in his gut until it started to warm up, instead of transporting the said chakra to his lungs and then out of his mouth like he did up until know he would try and focus it onto his palms, it took quite a bit of time as this after all was fire chakra and it was really hard to release from the hands or feet, the mouth was the easiest way possible and probably the safest.

The boy squatted down, still maintaining the seal with his hands, a drop of sweat slided from his forehead to the grass, he'd yell as he tried to concentrate his chakra even more, the tenketsu in his forearms would accompany his affinitated element that came from his stomach. Soryen felt the chakra build up through his arms and just before releasing it into his palms he would touch the blade of his weapon in hopes of warming it up.

And so it did happen, but not quite like he expected, the boy's idea was to set the katana on fire and control it as he wished but he only managed to release a few sparks onto the katana, it was understandable though, this was a jutsu that needed a LOT of training, atleast the kid new what he was going for, with that he'd exhale a breath of air in dissapointment. He wasn't giving up though.
