- We could also use the forum here too. We could open a section called ranks that explain the rank system.. and they who say they want
  to apply for a custom rank starts the "quest".  In other words in that section, they will make a thread who wants to start the custom
  trial. And then they try to befriend with the leaders no matter how long it takes because their thread is still there

- Then us leaders and Co can write there after some time  "yes this person friended/alright/talkative/ etc towards me" which means yes
  and they will rack up points or something towards end rank. Once all the leaders have given their results we just close their thread
  and bam they get custom It will make more ppl use the forum

- We'll just notify the others this doesn't have to be a short term thing. It can take as long as they see if the person is fit for a
  custom. Meaning no arguments among other leaders "HEY SHE ALRIGHT FOR IT WYS?" the person who applied will make the effort?

- They'll start to know the traits of each leader how they accept ppl slowly which will make it ideal for them blah blah
  Eg it's like knowing the boss patterns in a game
  To defeat them

- I like it and users who do not wish to do custom can rank up the usual way from ting tang tong = A side quest

- I do agree tribe is getting big, I thought it be a friends tribe only, there are a few who keep inviting lots of random people that
  no one knows, its looks like its becoming like that 'Anticipating' Tribe, I don't want to go through that nonsense again lol.
  Looking through the history I see mostly 'Shadowpelltz' inviting randomers, I think someone should talk to her.

- Forget to add a requirement system - I think the best way to solve this is to add a new rule to inviting. Since most of the
  founders/co wanted it to be a friends only tribe that we all know basically! (repeats it - we all know-)  I think we should use the forum more.

People who want to invite their friends have to write it in a forum post -RECRUITING SECTION- and they can only join by
  leaders/co votes. This will stop us getting random people and we'll know the people. They can also state why they want to invite this
  person e.g. "I want to invite banation to the tribe because he is a friend and knows a few people here, I believe he will be banters
  too."/////// This means it won't be intimidating to new people because there won't be ranks but they will have the means of starting to use the Tribe forum to ask if they can recruit someone rather than asking in tribe chat aka Shadowpelltz " Inviting this '???' to tribe etc.
