Spotlight Mechanics

Spotlight mechanics:

-Spotlight cannot force opponents to attack their own allies.
-Spotlight causes allies to bypass opponent's redirection, regardless of which Pokemon the ally attacked. (e.g. if you have Starmie + Terrakion vs. Heatran + Amoonguss, using Spotlight + Close Combat will target Heatran despite Amoonguss's Rage Powder).
-Spotlight does not fail on an ally in Psychic Terrain.
-Spotlight does fail on an opposing grounded Pokemon in Psychic Terrain (works on Flying-types)
-Spotlight does not force Sky Drop to redirect its attacks.
-Spotlight fails against a Pokemon behind a Substitute.
-Spotlight cannot redirect attacks to a Pokemon in a semi-vulernable state (Sky Drop, Fly, etc) without No Guard / Lock-On.
-The effect of Spotlight isn't Baton Passed.
