Aphelios Matchup:

Summoners:
- High Elo: Flash Ghost/Exhaust/Teleport
- Mid Elo: Flash Ghost/Teleport
- Low Elo: Flash Teleport

Runes and Build:
- High Elo: Scaling Predator
- Mid Elo: Scaling Predator
- Low Elo: Scaling Predator

Why?:
- High Elo: Because a good Toppellos will bait you into going in and when you're done with your trade and walking away, will continuously attack you making the trade worse for you and better for him so you're better off going in and staying in. So you just want to scale.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo, except they won't be as good and will just constantly hit you regardless of anything with no brain so better off just focusing on scaling.
- Low Elo: Ranged matchups are hard for Low Elo people, so stick to scaling then one-shotting him.

How to win?:
- High Elo: Wait until he has the worst possible weapons for 1v1, preferably Calibrum (Green Sniper) and Gravitum (Purple Root) because the most he can do with those weapons is poke and root you, but you want him to waste his root so you can W it and start running at him, otherwise if you can't time your W well for his root, then just wait till root is over and run him down.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

General Tips:
Do not fight him early game because Calibrum (Green Sniper) and Severum (Red Pistol) does a decent amount of poke and damage early game, plus Garen isn't a level 1 champion so it's not a good idea to fight him level 1 regardless.
When fighting him, you want to avoid being in a big wave when he has Infernum (Blue Flamethrower) and Crescendum (White Chakrams) as he can stack his Chakrams using Infernum on the wave and you, then proceed to one shot you.
Another setup you don't want to face him against would be Severum (Red Pistol) and Crescendum (White Chakrams) as those are his best dueling weapons.
So just look to scale and you'll be able to 1v1 him mid game.

Starting Item:
- High Elo: Doran's Shield into Cull
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Doran's Shield
- All Elos: Make sure to stock up on potions every back, don't bother with refillable as it'll heal only 125HP compared to health potions that heal 150HP, even though refillable always refills each back. You only get 2 refillable potions compared to health potions where you can get a max of 5.
