Step 2: Using Black Whirlwind, add Auster the South Winds, then Normal Summon Auster, using it to summon Steam the Cloak
Step 3: On Auster's summon, use Black Whirlwind to add Harmattan the Dust, then Special Summon Harmattan the Dust
Step 4: Using Steam and Harmattan, Link Summon Wee Witch's Apprentice and summon a Steam Token
Step 5: Use the Steam Token to summon Linkuriboh, then use Steam the Cloak's effect in the Graveyard to tribute Linkuriboh and Summon itself
Step 6: Use Steam and Wee Witch's Apprentice to Link Summon Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche and summon another Steam Token using Steam's effect
Step 7: Tribute the Steam Token with Linkuriboh's effect to summon Linkuriboh from GY
Step 8: Send Phantom Knights of Silent Boots to the graveyard with Rusty Bardiche's effect to set Phantom Knights' Fog Blade from the deck
Step 9: Banish Silent Boots to add another Fog Blade to your hand and set it
Step 10: Use Auster and Simoom to Synchro Summon Blackwing Full Armor Master
