  1. Low Power List
  2.
  3. >Photo-reflexive memory
  4. -- The ability to learn physical actions just by seeing them done by others. Can mix-and-match seen actions flawlessly, and seems incapable of forgetting how to do them. In addition, the subject is always in perfect physical form. Cannot learn by using video playback.
  5.
  6. >Astral Projection
  7. -- The subject can exit their body, allowing for an awareness outside of themselves. Their 'astral form' can be sensed on certain obscure instruments, but not through visual, audio, or thermal identification.
  8.
  9. >Matter creation
  10. -- The creation of objects and materials the subject can visualize. Materials act exactly like they should, if they were not artificially 'projected', but the material quickly dissolves when removed from the subject's possession. It lasts longer as long as the subject focuses on it.
  11.
  12. >Bio-Sonar/Bio-Radar echolocation
  13. -- Make a loud radio/audio noise, gains knowledge of all objects, devices, and structures in the nearby area. The sound is loud enough to shatter glass and deafen others. In addition, the subject has a splendid spatial and kinesthetic memory.
  14.
  15. >Pyro/cyrokinesis
  16. -- The ability to increase or decrease heat of objects or creatures, even transferring heat from one location to another. In addition, the subject seems to keep the same internal temperature no matter how hot or cold it is.
  17.
  18. > Roll 3d5, pick two.
  19.
  20. High Power List
  21.
  22. >Telekinesis
  23. -- The ability to move objects within a short range.
  24.
  25. >Telepathy
  26. -- The ability to send messages into the brains of both sentient and insentient creatures. No language barrier, and lower life forms obey messages implicitly. The subject can recieve surface thoughts of both sentient and insentient creatures. When used with intense focus, higher lifeforms and sentients can be forced to obey.
  27.
  28. >Shapeshifting
  29. -- The ability to change into any shape the subject visualizes, provided the 'Core'- the brain and apparent control center of the subject- remains intact. The subject can place their core whereever they wish. Can also consume DNA of creatures or people to assume their form, but is unable to 'mix and match' forms gained this way.
  30.
  31. >Teleportation
  32. -- The ability to immediately transport the subject and its belongings, creating both a cloud of pseudo-smoke and a loud noise at the entrance and exit.
  33.
  34. >Chonokinesis
  35. -- The ability to manipulate the flow of time. Creates fields that speed up or slow down any objects nearby. Has shown the ability to make an object 'vanish' for a time, returning later. (Theorized: The ability to transport the subject themselves through time. More testing needed. Perhaps testing already happened, but was erased due to paradox. Who knows? Paradox rarely makes sense. -Dr. Kann.)
  36.
  37. >Roll 3d5. Pick one from high power, one from low power.
  38.
  39.
  40. Disabilities list
  41. >Albinism- Subject has no color to hair or skin. In addition, subject has slitted 'cat eyes', as well as a strong dislike of bright lights.
  42. >Inhuman lower body- Subject has digitigrade legs and tail, as well as thick scales along their lower body. In addition, subject is significantly more sluggish when it comes time to rouse itself to action.
  43. >Underdeveloped Wings- Subject has 'wings', albeit skeletal ones without membranes, and a rigid exoskeleton- as well as claws at the tips. Has a ravenous hunger, and eats twice as much as a normal human.
  44. >Claws - Subject has large black talons in place of hands and fingers, making it impossible for the subject to manipulate normal human tools.
  45. >Crystalline extremities - Subject has clear crystal 'plating' over their legs and arms, weighing them down significantly. While subject is much more durable, it is difficult for them to move at any significant speed.
