  2. 01[21:30] <Altea> [22:03] <Ikiryo> "I don't have that issue but I'll remember." He chuckles.
  3. 01[21:30] <Altea> 01[22:06] <Altea> "We can go by Admin to see if your stuff has been processed."
  4. [21:31] <Ikiryo> He nods "I'm not yet sure where that is, I'll admit."
  5. 01[21:32] <Altea> "Follow me! I had to go there a lot of times."
  6. 06[21:32] * Altea grabs his wrist and leads him to Admin
  7. [21:54] <Ikiryo> Admin is a large white multi-story building.
  8. 01[21:55] <Altea> "I had to come here a few times when I was applying. Something about 'weighing risks to expensive measuring equipment' and 'inhuman monstrosity.' I didn't pay that close attention."
  9. 06[21:57] * Altea goes up to the door, waiting for them to slide open before continuing on. She had that problem too her first time here.
  10. [22:01] <Ikiryo> Fortunetly, they've replaced the doors since then!
  11. [22:01] <Ikiryo> Marcos chuckles as he follows her. There is a desk inside with a nervous looking brown-haired woman sitting at it. "Oh no...not you again..."
  12. 01[22:02] <Altea> "Hi again! My boyfriend wanted to check on his assignment status." She shoves Marcos forward.
  13. [22:03] <Ikiryo> "Y-You are HER boyfriend?" The woman looks at Marcos with a combination of horror and sympathy.
  14. [22:03] <Ikiryo> He raises an eyebrow "My assignment?"
  15. 01[22:04] <Altea> "Yeah, which squad you're assigned to. You said you didn't know earlier."
  16. [22:05] <Ikiryo> Marcos looks to Altea. "I know, I was asking her." The woman has backed up a few steps to escape Altea.
  17. 01[22:05] <Altea> "Oh. Okay!"
  18. [22:11] <Ikiryo> "...according to this he's assigned to Lt Vivian Andres' squad." Oh, that's Isuelt's squad.
  19. 01[22:12] <Altea> "Oh, that's Iseult's squad. That's fun!"
  20. [22:14] <Ikiryo> He raises an eyebrow "Iseult?"
  21. 01[22:14] <Altea> "She's a belkan, but she's really nice. I stayed at her house the other day. Want me to introduce you? I know a lot of people in that squad."
  22. [22:15] <Ikiryo> "If you want." He smiles "I'd be happy to meet any new friends you've made."
  23. 01[22:15] <Altea> "Alright, let's go. Thanks for your help!" She nods at the receptionist, completely unaware of how terrified she is.
  24. [22:16] <Ikiryo> 'Yes yes, please go..." She nods
  25. 06[22:21] * Altea leads Marcos over to the other barracks.
  26. [22:22] <Ikiryo> Outside, she sees the twins sitting and having lunch.
  27. 01[22:23] <Altea> "Oh, there's two of your squadmates now! Let's go say hi."
  28. 06[22:23] * Altea goes over to the twins.
  29. [22:25] <Ikiryo> They look up and narrow eyes at the other pair. "Oh." "You."
  30. 01[22:26] <Altea> "Yep it's me!"
  31. 06[22:26] * Altea shoves Marcos forward.
  32. [22:26] <Ikiryo> "And who?" "Is this?"
  33. [22:27] <Ikiryo> Marcos goes stumbling foward.
  34. 01[22:34] <Altea> "Go on, introduce yourself. They're not that scary. I still haven't figured out if they're boys or girls or a mix though."
  35. [22:35] <Ikiryo> "You havn't..." "WHAT?!" They stand up to thier full height. It's not honestly that high.
  36. 01[22:35] <Altea> "Well you two got mad when I asked last time!"
  37. [22:35] <Ikiryo> Marcos raises an eyebrow. "A pleasure to meet you, I am Marcus. I look foward to working with you." They glower one last time at Altea and stomp inside.
  38. 01[22:36] <Altea> "Don't worry about them. Let's go meet the others. Rhi is nice and so is Iseult. Atalanta is nice too."
  39. [22:38] <Ikiryo> He nods "...right. I'd rather hope so after that."
  40. 06[22:38] * Altea goes inside.
  41. [22:42] <Ikiryo> The common room for the other squad is just off to the left, with Altea's squad's barracks on the floor above.
  42. 06[22:42] * Altea turns left, wondering who might be in there right now. Besides the twins.
  43. [22:48] <Ikiryo> Inside, Atalanta is reading a book. That's no good, Marcus has already met her.
  44. 01[22:48] <Altea> "Hey Atalanta."
  45. [22:49] <Ikiryo> Delta looks up from her book. "Oh, hello Altea, Marcus."
  46. 01[22:50] <Altea> "We just found out that Marcus is your new squadmate!"
  47. [22:52] <Ikiryo> Delta smiles "Oh, that will be nice."
  48. [22:52] <Ikiryo> Marcus bows to Delta. "The pleasure is mine."
  49. 01[22:54] <Altea> "Do you know where Iseult and Rhi are?"
  50. [22:56] <Ikiryo> "Rhiannon is off giggling over the other Atalantas not having a heap of clothes."
  51. 01[22:56] <Altea> "Makes sense. And Iseult?"
  52. [22:57] <Ikiryo> "I'm not actually sure. I havn't seen her all day."
  53. 01[22:59] <Altea> "Hm. I guess I can send her a message."
  54. 06[22:59] * Altea sends Iseult a message. [Hey Iseult, what's up?]
  55. [23:01] <Ikiryo> [Not much Altea. Just practicing a bit]
  56. 01[23:02] <Altea> [Where at? We just found out my boyfriend got assigned to your squad, so I was introducing him to people.]
  57. [23:05] <Ikiryo> [Your boyfriend? I'm over at the simulator. I booked some time this morning.]
  58. 01[23:06] <Altea> [Okay, be right there!]
  59. 01[23:06] <Altea> "Iseult is at the simulator, so we're gonna go say hi. Have fun with your book, Atalanta!"
  60. [23:09] <Ikiryo> Delta nods. "Have fun."
  61. [23:10] <Ikiryo> It doesn't take long to find Isuelt at the simulator. She's in her barrier jacket, practicing blocking attacks from a battery of ranged attacks...
  62. 06[23:12] * Altea waits for a lull in the training. She doesn't want to interrupt.
  63. [23:13] <Ikiryo> When Isuelt sees them arrive, she stops the simulator. She heads over towards the pair, grinning. "Hey Altea."
  64. 01[23:20] <Altea> "Hi Iseult. This is Marcus, my boyfriend. He just got assigned to your squad, so I wanted to introduce him."
  65. [23:21] <Ikiryo> Isuelt looks Marcus up and down. "So it's serious with you two?"
  66. 01[23:25] <Altea> "Something like that. I don't have a lot of experience with this stuff."
  67. [23:26] <Ikiryo> Isuelt looks to Altea...and holds up her hand for a high five. "Doing pretty well for a first time. He's very cute."
  68. 06[23:27] * Altea high fives. "Right?"
  69. [23:29] <Ikiryo> "If he wasn't your boyfriend I'd be tempted to snog him."
  70. 01[23:29] <Altea> "I don't know what that word means!"
  71. [23:29] <Ikiryo> "It means kiss. A lot."
  72. 01[23:29] <Altea> "Ohhh, okay. Yeah please don't."
  73. [23:30] <Ikiryo> "I did say if he wasn't. Which he is."
  74. [23:30] <Ikiryo> Marcus raises an eyebrow "...can people not talk about me like I'm not here?"
  75. 01[23:31] <Altea> "Oh, we talk like this around people that are here. Don't worry about it too much."
  76. 01[23:34] <Altea> "Anyway, Atalanta said Rhi was fawning over the other Atalantas, so I'm gonna rely on you to do that introduction, okay?"
  77. 06[23:34] * Altea was talking to Iseult

  82. 06[00:18] * Altea playfully hits Iseult in the shoulder. "Okay, I'll see you later Iseult."
  83. [00:20] <Ikiryo> Isuelt grins. "You too Altea."
  84. 06[00:21] * Altea leaves with Marcus. "So, anything else you want to do today?"
  85. [00:22] <Ikiryo> Marcus shrugs "I don't really know yet what there is to do."
  86. 01[00:24] <Altea> "Well, you'll have plenty of time to learn. I dunno, I just feel like relaxing now."
  87. [00:26] <Ikiryo> "That sounds good. Go get a soda and just chat?"
  88. 01[00:27] <Altea> "Sure. There's a nice park just off of campus we can go to."
  89. [00:31] <Ikiryo> He smiles "That sounds nice."
  90. 06[00:32] * Altea nods, and takes his hand. "And to say it again. I'm glad you decided to come. You too Jules."
  91. [00:32] <Ikiryo> "Me too." He squeezes her hand.
