	(-) Dragunov SVDS 9.6x53 conversion now decreases headshot multi to 1.3		(OG: 1.4)
	 So the changes to the type of attachments that makes sniper torso multi increase was good, but a little too good. These changes are to make the headshot multi match with the torso multiplier in range to balance out how strong the torso multi increase is.
