  2. Made using my Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town All Power Berries Route, which was made using DezertPenguin's original route + strats.
  3.  
  4. Important things to keep in mind:
  5. 1) WHEN BRINGING STUFF TO HARVEST GODDESS + KAPPA, MAKE SURE TO HOVER OVER AN EMPTY SLOT BEFORE GOING TO BED!!!!
  6. 2) We want to have 45 Raisin Bread for the Spring Mine. You will be collecting a lot of grapes between Spring and Summer Year 1 (Because Raisin Bread is just mixing Bread and Grapes together). Because of certain factors, you won't want to hold too many grapes at a time however. You do not want to hold more then 9 grapes going into the horse race, and do not want to hold more then 36 grapes until after you learn raisin bread and make the first set of raisin bread during Summer Year 1.
  7. 3) Make sure you do not grab more then 4 slots worth of Grapes until after you learn how to make Raisin Bread on Summer 15, because otherwise the game will not let you cook the bread + grapes together (because your bag will be full)
  8. 2) Chinese is the fastest language, in the language options settings press 3 to the left to change language from English to Chinese, then when you want to change back, press stick 3 times to the right to change the language back from Chinese to English.

  10. Spring Year 1 Day 2 + 3:

  14. Spring Year 1 Day 4:

  16. Before exiting the house grab the Hoe.
  17.  
  18. Till until you get the Farm Power Berry (1/11).

  20. If before 8AM:

  22. Head to Yodel Ranch and talk to Mugi. Head to shop, talk to Zack, Afterwards, head to beach to activate Fishing Rod Cutscene.

  24. Between 8AM - 10AM:
  25.  
  26. Head to shop, talk to Zack, then head to Yodel Ranch and talk to Mugi. Afterwards, head to beach to activate Fishing Rod Cutscene.

  28. If after 10AM:

  30. Head to Yodel Ranch and talk to Mugi. Head to beach, at 11:20, enter Zack's house, talk to Zack, exit and reenter for the fishing rod. Then, head to the Shop.

  33. When at the shop buy a bag of Cucumber Seeds for 200G and a bag of Turnips for 120G

  35. Use fishing rod until you faint.

  37. Spring Year 1 Day 5 - 15
  38.  
  39. Grab Turnips and plant Turnips where the Turnips were. After it rains twice, replace the Turnips that were already partially grown with Cucumbers. Water Cucumbers whenever it isn't raining.

  41. Ideally you want 4 days of rain between now and the 16th. If after you plant the Turnips it rains:

  43. Thrice by the 15th, water the Turnips on the 15th
  44.  
  45. Twice by the 14th, water the Turnips on the 14th and the 15th
  46.  
  47. Once by the 13th, water the Turnips from the 13th to the 15th
  48.  
  49. Not at all by the 12th, water the Turnips from the 12th all the way to the 15th
  50.  
  51. As for the Cucumbers, once the 9 patch grows stop watering them and leave them alone until after the Horse Race.

  53. On the first not rainy day of this set Mugi will come by and drop off the horse. You don't need to worry about it right now, but starting Summer 1 you want to start whistling and talking to your horse every day possible.

  55. Every day you want to also grab Grapes and Honey from the tree, exit farm through the bottom and head to near the Spring Mine and drop into the Pond for the Harvest Goddess.

  57. But IMPORTANT WARNING: Make sure NOT to hold more then 9 Grapes at a time until after the 18th because you will most likely need room for Brooches.

  61. Spring Year 1 Day 16

  63. Same as above applies, but make extra sure to DEPOSIT ALL THE TURNIPS AND HONEY BEFORE YOU GO TO BED

  71. Water the 2 cucumber patches

  73. Grab Grapes from the tree (if you have less then 9), exit farm through the bottom and head to near the Spring Mine and drop into the Pond for the Harvest Goddess.

  75. Head straight to below the Town Plaza, and spam Fishing Rod until 10am. Save then enter Town Plaza

  77. Horse Races: Bet on the horses. You'll need at least a x10 multiplier to have enough money to follow this route without having to do betting during the fall horse races. Try to look through all 3 races if you don't see a x10 multiplier your first or second round.

  79. Once the 3rd round is over buy all the broaches you can. If you followed the route you should have enough room for 54 medals, but should only need 51 (get 54 anyways if you can)

  81. Exit through the top of Town Square and you'll head back to your house.

  85. Spring Year 1 Day 19

  87. Deposit all of the extra broaches in your inventory into the Shipping Box

  89. Assuming the first set of cucumbers are already grown, pluck all 9 of them, then proceed to only water 2 patches until they grow out as well.

  91. Grab Grapes from the tree, exit farm through the bottom and head to near the Spring Mine and drop into the Pond for the Harvest Goddess.

  93. Run back to the farm then go to bed.

  95. Spring Year 1 Day 20

  127. Starting Summer 1 you want to start whistling and talking to your horse every day possible. Try to do this first before anything else because they tend to run off fast unless you catch them right off the bat.

  129. Grab Grapes from the tree, exit farm through the bottom and head to near the Spring Mine and drop into the Pond for the Harvest Goddess.

  131. Head to Lake, drop off Cucumbers for Kappa.

  147. NEXT 2 SUNNY DAYS BETWEEN SUMMER YEAR 1 DAY 9 AND 15:

  149. 1) Wait outside the General Store and spam the Fishing Rod until it opens around 9am.

  151. Buy 27 Bread (3 slots, 9 bread each slot) if you have 36 Grapes (4 slots, 9 grapes each slot)

  157. The important thing is that you don't fill up more then 7 slots, as you will not be able to spam fishing rod or cook if you even have 1 item in the last available slot.

  163. Wait outside Gotz and spam the Fishing Rod until he enters a little after 11am. Buy 150 Lumber, 50 Material Stone, and the 1st house upgrade.

  229. Fish until you collapse.

  247. Horse should be an adult sometime around the 5th or 6th (depends on which day you received it). If you leave it somewhere before fainting don't worry, it will come back to the farm the next day =)

  249. Starting the day your Horse is an adult, you will want to whistle and talk to your dog every day from now on as well (until Spring 19, after the Horse Race)

  251. So with it all grown you can now ride around and get to places faster. Here's a list of stuff you want to get done BEFORE upgrading your Fishing Rod (which you'll want to do by the 23rd AT THE LATEST) (REMEMBER, SUNNY DAYS ONLY!!!!):

  255. Next Sunny day after house is finished (it will tell you when that happens), wait outside Gotz and spam the Fishing Rod until he enters a little after 11am. Buy 600 Lumber, 250 Material Stone, and the 1st house upgrade.

  257. Spam Fishing Rod until you collapse.

  259. 2) Big Bed + Rug
  260.  
  261. Next Sunny day after house is finished (it will tell you when that happens), wait outside Gotz and spam the Fishing Rod until he enters a little after 11am. Buy both the Big Bed and the Rug

  263. Spam Fishing Rod until you collapse.

  265. 3) Another Shopping Trip
  266.  
  267. Wait outside the General Store and spam the Fishing Rod until it opens around 9am.

  269. Buy the Power Berry

  271. Also, Buy either 9 or 18 Bread depending on how much you bought during the previous trip to the general store.

  273. Spam the rod until collapse
  274.  
  275. The next chance you get before entering the Spring Mine, make the remaining 9 or 18 Raisin Bread.

  277. 3) Winter Mine

  279. Before entering the Winter Mine, grab the Power Berry right behind the Mine.
  280.  
  281. Dig down to Floor 19 for the Power Berry.
  282.  
  283. Try not to use any of the raisin bread unless you really need to, you'll want it for the Spring Mine.
  284.  
  285. From Floor 10-18 Pitfalls will appear, take advantage of the Pitfalls to drop you to floor 19. The amount of floors you will drop will be somewhere between 1 and 5, I recommend saving on floor 10 at the very least in case they drop you past floor 19.

  287. Afterwards, if you feel like your health is low enough and you didn't get a lot of swings in during the beginning of the run (when you first got the fishing rod) Spam Fishing Rod until you collapse (should get an extra 4-5% on the Rod)

  289. Otherwise just ride home and go to Sleep.

  291. 4) Spring Mine:
  292.  
  293. MAKE SURE YOU ALREADY MADE THE 45 RAISIN BREAD BEFORE ENTERING THE MINE

  295. Dig down to Floor 100 for the Power Berry.
  296.  
  297. From Floor 20-93 Pitfalls will appear, take advantage of the Pitfalls to drop you down. The amount of floors you will drop will be somewhere between 1 and 5, I recommend saving every now and then, but especially when you get close to 93. Ideally, you'll get to Floor 93, fall down and will land on Floor 98.

  299. Once you reach Floor 100, dig for the Power Berry. After that, save if you wish, but MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU GRAB A MYSTRILE FROM ONE OF THE ROCKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT YET!!!!!

  301. Afterwards, if you feel like your health is low enough and you didn't get a lot of swings in during the beginning of the run (when you first got the fishing rod) Spam Fishing Rod until you collapse (should get an extra 3-4% on the Rod)

  303. Otherwise just ride home and go to Sleep.

  306. Winter Year 1, Day 23 AT LATEST:

  308. Go to the blacksmith's and spam the fishing rod till they open around 10, then give him the rod to upgrade.

  310. Winter Year 1, Day 29 AT LATEST:

Go to the blacksmith's till they open around 10am (stay on Horse until close to 10am so it doesn't run off too far) After you get the rod, go to the beach and start fishing until you get the Power Berry. Remember to charge up your rod to level 5 before you fling it or else you won't get the Berry.

  314. Spring Year 2 Days 1 – 10, 12 - 16:

  316. Just whistle for Horse, run horse back to house, then sleep.

  320. Go outside to give horse to the horse race. Talk to dog then go to bed

  324. Wait outside the Plaza from the bottom until 10am, Save beforehand, check your total money count, then enter.

  328. Your horse isn't until the 3rd race, so hold off on betting until then. Put all the money on your horse, your rate is always x45-60, which is ridiculously high to the point where you'll get way more tokens then you'll ever need. Win the race for a Power Berry.

  330. After winning, buy the Power Berry with your tokens.
