>you see baby crying in the street, placed dangerously on the edge to a decorative fountain

>look around for a second, trying to spot the baby’s parents
>your eyes snap back to the baby when you see the baby fall into the water inside the fountain
>crying noise stops as you hear a splash as the baby hits the water
>you give your blessings to the Chief God and the Order
>at least that problem’s solved
>start to turn around and walk back into your house
>something about that baby on the fountain is not sitting right with you
>wait a second
>you run as fast as you can towards the fountain
>take the baby out of the water
>baby not crying
>never thought you’d wish to hear a baby cry in your face
>try mouth to mouth
>baby spits up water and cries so loud you’d swear he was a sound mage
>music to your ears
>you let out a sigh of relief before you notice a wet piece of parchment fall out of the baby’s clothes
