I did not make any kind of statement about whether or not atomic bombs were dropped on Japanese cities.



I did not bring up "nuclear weapons". You introduced *that* irrelevancy all by yourself.

The point of asking whether you believed atomic bombs had been dropped on Japanese cities *was not* to assert it never happened - or to suggest anything about "nuclear weapons" not being real (good f_kcing grief).



It was instead done to point out something that is so profoundly simple that it should have already occurred to you on your own.



If a government is willing to drop atomic bombs on innocent people (including large numbers of children) "for the greater good" *then why would lying to large numbers of innocent people (including large numbers of children) be any more taboo?*



Hmmm? _It wouldn't._



If killing children is okay by dropping bombs on them *then why would you think lying to children is somehow worse and not ever done?*

Oh - since those atomic bombs allegedly resulted in tens to hundreds of thousands of deaths - how can it be the Japanese were not tipped off? *According to you everyone in government is a blabbermouth and "big secrets are always revealed".*



So how can it be the Japanese cities were not tipped off? How can it be that systematic (seemingly "church sanctioned") sexual abuse of children can go on for generations and generations if according to you "everyone blabs all the big secrets"?



I always find it curious that when it is convenient people like you will say, *"But people can't keep secrets! There would be a whistleblower!"* but when other things are pointed out (like above) that would have been blabbed about - you're quiet.
