with check marks starting on page 17. If you could send me the whole
Subscription Agreement, the filled out W-9 (I don't need the instruction
pages [for?] that), the authorized signatures page, and The Anti-Money
Laundering Supplement (along with a photocopy of a license or passport, and
a utility bill documenting your address), that will do the trick. It's a
lot but at least it is not the whole thing, we don't need the LPA Agreement.
