Korra is in tier.

The explosion feat is clearly an outlier for reaction times, a dubious speed feat anyway, and was never used to argue speed in that context.

Nerf has exclusively argued Korra as arrow timing using the one scan and hasn't remotely shifted on that front. I agree with the assessment that her speed as presented and argued is equivalent to the tiersetters'.

Nerf is also correct that while Glimmer's teleporting mobility is limited, its functionality in combat as a repositioning tool and disorienting X factor is still intact.

The healing water is slow and bad.

Kamo is in tier.

The blood healing thing was argued down to a marginal increase in survivability at best and nothing other than that has meaningfully changed. Kamo is limited against Bow by his lack of ammunition and Bow's ability to effectively react to his projectiles. In a 2v2, Glimmer also offers Bow superior mobility and the option to tactically retreat across the map.
