My apologies for not having replied to your email sooner. It had been my
intention to get back in touch with you right away however I was
distracted by the kind offer from David to bring your Lecson AP1/AC1
system to our office for me to see first-hand.

The system really is in superb condition, and as such it seems only fair
that you get the best price for it when you sell it. Unfortunately
Meridian is not in a position to be able to offer you that best price
(circa GBP 1500.00), so I feel it only appropriate that I arrange to
return the system to you at the first opportunity - something I will
arrange through David.

If you still need to find a buyer for this system I can suggest that you
might find someone keen to own one or both of these pieces on the Google
forum for Lecson products. You may also want to try contacting Vickers
Hi Fi of York who I know still service and support Lecson owners and
therefore might be in contact with a suitable customer.

Thanks for your mail via David Johnson-Davies, about the Lecson AP1/AC1
I own and plan to sell.

Here are details.

The pair were bought from the factory and since have been mostly in
storage receiving virtually no use. The AP1 power amp is the first
version, not AP1X, and is the sub-version having the top in acrylic
rather than glass. Since purchase it's had only about 25hrs gentle use
(with a different preamp). Condition is pristine except for one rubber
foot missing. The AC1 power-amp was run for a few minutes upon purchase
to test it, but has not been used since. It still has the covering
plastic film on top. Condition is pristine. Both are in original
cartons.
Included is the link-lead.

If you are interested, please do suggest a price.
