>Neutral Special: Court Record
Phoenix will go through his Court Record, looking for evidence to present at the opponent. Evidence can include his Attorney's Badge, videos, paper, murder weapons, etc.
>Up Special: Stepladder
Phoenix will conjure a stepladder (or is it a ladder?) and quickly scale it. When grounded, the ladder/stepladder can be knocked to either side with enough damage, dealing massive % when it falls.
>Side Special: Cross-Examination
A witness stand appears a distance away from Phoenix, ensnaring any opponent. Once caught, Phoenix will shout "hold it!", and then they will be launched.
>Down Special: Assistant Consultation
Phoenix can summon either Maya, Trucy or Ema to perform an attack. Maya will rush forward while channeling "spirit energy", Trucy will perform a magic trick on the opponent, and Ema will blast Luminol upon them.
>Final Smash: Revisualization
A laser of "thought" catches opponents, and then it zooms in to a cinematic Final Smash, where a laser passes by Phoenix's forehead. Bold black statements of indictment will rapidly attack the opponent, while the laser goes right through them.

Phoenix smacks a paper multiple times.
>Forward Tilt
Phoenix thrusts an autopsy report right in front of him.
>Up Tilt
Phoenix raises his arm and scratches his chin, catching opponents.
>Down Tilt
Phoenix pats the ground, as if searching for evidence.
>Dash Attack
Phoenix walks forward while smacking a document.
>Side Smash
Phoenix steps back, breathes in, and thrusts his finger foreward, while shouting "objection!" (with the speech bubble appearing).
>Down Smash
Phoenix summons a desk beneath him, and then slams it as hard as he can.
>Up Smash
Phoenix looks deep in thought, and then a lightbulb appears overheard, as if he had made a sudden realization.
>Grab
Phoenix thrusts Maya's Magatama in front of him, capturing opponents within Psyche-Locks.
>Pummel
Phoenix yells at the opponent.
>Forward Throw
Phoenix swipes his hand forward, breaking the opponent's Psyche-Lock.
>Down Throw
Phoenix clenches his fist and swings it downward, breaking the opponent's Psyche-Lock.
>Back Throw
A reverse of his Forward Throw, rbeaking the opponents' Psyche-Lock.
>Up Throw
Phoenix does the reverse of his Down Throw, breaking the opponent's Psyche-Lock.
>Neutral Aerial
Phoenix drops some papers underneath him.
>Forward Aerial
Phoenix holds his fist back and then points in front of him at a downward angle. Hitting the tip of his finger deals massive damage.
>Down Aerial
Phoenix sneezes directly downwards, spiking opponents and giving him some minor lift.
>Up Aerial
Phoenix swings a metal detector above him.
>Back Aerial
Phoenix swings his suitcase (seen in the opening of Spirit of Justice) behind him.
>Ledge Attack
Phoenix performs a cowardly slap at the edge while getting up.
>Get-up Attack
Phoenix slams the floor while arising.
>Stage Entrance
Courtroom doors swing open, while Phoenix states "The defense is ready, Your Honor!"
>Taunt #1
Phoenix drinks some coffee, while looking subtly smug.
>Taunt #2
Phoenix takes his Attorney's Badge off his lapel and presents it, saying something like "have a look at this!"
>Taunt #3
Phoenix hears the start of the Steel Samurai theme song; his ringtone, and answers his phone, before putting it away.
>Victory Animations
All of Phoenix's victory animations will feature Maya in the background while confetti falls overhead, alongside a "not guilty" verdict.

Phoenix scratches the back of his head, looking sheepish, and says something like "That was quite a turnabout!"

Phoenix, while looking towards the background dramatically, says "The only time a lawyer can cry...", and then turns around, saying "is when it's all over."

Phoenix exhales, and then smiles, stating "the worst of times are when lawyers have to force their biggest of smiles."
