i remember driving around everywhere with my mom and two friends. we kept driving up and down this street where every franchise on it had to have "pie" in their name. we saw, for example, a "Burgie Pie" (Burger King). We were passing by many of these when one of my friends spotted a movie theater and made me choose the movie we were watching.

joke's on me, they didn't have any open captioned movies except one... it seemed to be an old, storybook-style movie about... something beautiful, with beautiful designs, but i can't recall. i kept changing seats until i settled upon sitting next to someone i was familiar with, but not any of the people i'd gone with. the movie changed to something different, and again, and again.
