Added Speedrunner to the campaign and to Endless mode with his own leaderboard.
Fixed respawn issues on the rooftops and on bridges.
Fixed various UI bugs
Fixed the game from having extremely high framerates on some computers and running very hot.
Performance improvements throughout Road Redemption.
