  39. [7:36:55 PM EDT] <[grant]_Mei> It's pretty convenient and you can cook them in batches that last like a week. Has everything you might need nutrition wise. Best part is it's cheap to make. * She pops open the cover to reveal the last couple wrapped in a wax paper to prevent sticking. *

  44. [7:39:15 PM EDT] <[grant]_Mei> Ummm, I kinda toss whatever is good in them. Let's see, eggs, multivitamins, protein powder, some fiber like oats and wheat. A dab of honey so they have some sweetness.

  56. [7:50:51 PM EDT] <[grant]_Mei> It takes about 20 minutes to prepare the ingredients and I bake them for 30 minutes. If you refrigerate them they last all week but they hold up pretty well all day if you leave them sitting around outside.
