2. Name: Ash Duncan Veiunt
3. Gender: Mmmmale
4. Color: This purple-y, #550055

6. Description: Ash is the person you see on the train every day, that one guy who's always there, reasonably smiling, almost as if he's inviting anyone and everyone to sit down next to him. He's that person that doesn't look like he has a lot going on but still gets by and is reasonably satisfied with how his life is going. He'd like to get to know you, and help you as best he can. although he has a few eccentricities. He's the one who listens to your troubles and serves as a sponge for your emotions. He's got bright clothing, a sky blue coat, yellow shirt, white undershirt, bluejeans, sneakers, the normal fare for a good natured teen. The only thing that is contrary to this vision is a purple streak trialling through his blonde hair.

8. Items/Abilities: On paper, there isn't anything special about Ash other than a bit of androgyny, a small interest in dead things, a knack for getting to know people, and a few purple streaks that won't wash away. Besides the one on his hair, there are a few around his wrists, and one near his heart, both of which happen to glow. This is due to his conditions.

10. Ash has two aspects that despite his perfectly human appearance cause him a myriad of troubles. The first is that Ash's soul is too large. For whatever reason, the spiritual life force that makes Ash, Ash, doesn't quite like being confined to his body, which results in some cramps and pain if Ash doesn't let some of his soul out. This is done either through talking with people who have a damaged soul due to troubles or trauma or through a slightly more explosive procedure in which part of his soul manifests as a second Ash. After a while, the original Ash must be absorbed by the new one or else part of Ash's soul, and as such his identity, will disappear. His second condition is that his soul is still growing. If Ash is in the presence of someone who is either dead or near dead, rather than their soul leaving their body to go wherever none of man will ever go, they go into his soul. This results in a difficult and sometimes painful period of time in which his body attempts to cope with the new identity.

12. Biography: Dear Mother,
13. I'm sorry, but it's happened again. I didn't mean to get so close to him at that time, but he seemed to be in so much need. His name was Bryant MacDougall, he was 22 years old. His high school sweetheart was killed in a car accident before their wedding, and I could feel his ruptured soul crying out for help. I did my best, I tried to get him to reconsider, to live, and I think that if I didn't leave for the night, he would have.

15. I forgot my bag at his home and I saw the ambulance and I knew what had happened. It was my fault, I should have waited to see if he was actually dead first. He died right there, after he held my hand. He said, 'I'm sorry that I broke my promise. I hoped you wouldn't see this, that you'd just forget about me. I'm going to see her again. Thanks.' and then he closed his eyes and it happened. I broke down in tears, but not just because of his passing. I grabbed my bag and ran as his soul slowly melded into mine. I don't think that it is completely done, but for now I think that I'll be okay. I'll write again soon.
