I need to sort out my feelings regarding the whole XO thing. I understand what you're trying to do. Every person deserves help. And I feel like I'm in a moral crisis. I have a strong opposition to the kind of views and behaviors expressed and engaged in that server and it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. I need some time to revaluate things as a whole.

I think your behavior last night was extremely hurtful, unprofessional, and inappropriate. You took a private conversation and yelled at me in front of Lauren, Ren, and Steph. I don't think that any corporate structure would communicate with anyone that way.

I just wanted to communicate what you said caused a great deal of distress to me, and that I'm sorry that my screenshotting pissed you off. That wasn't my intention, it was only to voice that I didn't agree with the decision, as respectively as possible, which I evidently didn't do.
