Power Description: Can see and modify a programming-based representation of a person's mind, though due to the inherent complexity of a human mind, can only add commands and see any submodules (read: powers), which are automatically deciphered in full. Furthermore, can change his own code, to add submodules permanently or to remove Master effects. Occasionally experiences flashes of the deciphered code whilst sleeping.

  31. Bio:
  32. >Born to poor parents in a relatively middle of nowhere town in central Europe, Sethisto wanted to better himself. So he studied business, economics, and mathematics until he could move to America, the land of the free, and get a college education. All things considered, everything was going pretty much according to plan until his final undergraduate year. Sure, he was a mature student, having spent 25 years of his life making sure he was up to the standards set for foreign imports, but he was having a good time. He'd even found himself a girlfriend, a woman by the name of Natalya Strikov, who he intended to introduce to his parents at graduation. Until he was caught in an Endbringer attack.

  34. >Like any sensible person, he headed for the nearest shelter with Natalya, but they didn't make it. They were caught by a stray blast from a cape, and nearly killed, surviving only due to the intervention of a truly skilled healer. However, in the time they spend mere microns from death, they both Triggerred. Natalya became a flying artillery piece, capable of raining lasers from afar and cloning herself. Sethisto, on the other hand, became something else. He gained the ability to copy powers, to impose his will on others, and to see powers. He also, at times, dreamt of those whose powers he'd copied, seeing their actions as though they were his own.

  36. >After several years, both had their degrees, hiding their powers with some skill, and after a few calculated stock trades, buyouts and mergers, they had set up a company within the city of Metropolis: Zanton Incorporated, a multi-national corporation with fingers in every pie imaginable. To further expand their goal, they took on the guises of Entropus and Barrage, crime lords with their own holdings, and hired two others to help them - a man named David Jamesson, who would later become The Captain after the purchase of a vial from an organisation known as Cauldron, and a Case 53 known only as Abominable. Zanton Incorporated, meanwhile, began working closely with the PRT, to allow Entropus to gain access to any number of Capes in order to copy their powers

  38. >However, their works in creating a system, in which gangs worked for the highest bidder and merely took part in minor terretorial skirmishes instead of major gang wars, attracted them some enemies. Specifically, a trio of brothers, all mutated into ape-like forms by their powers, known as See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil. These three continue, to this day, to be a thorn in their side, though subtle political prodding from Zanton Incorporated has lead the PRT to target them slightly more harshly than they would other vigilantes.
