I sauntered along the road with ease, noticing the streetlight decorations overhead down the avenue. Between each couple of poles were metal strings arranged to form arches shining with golden LED lights. Christmas was close at hand, but I didn't look forward to it in the slightest, I would have rather wished i could have flash forwarded to the end of the holidays. The thought of having to stay at my grandma's for a while lingered in my mind, I was trying not to give it much weight and let it spoil my peaceful night stroll. Eventually I came to a crossroad where from a two-tiers fountain, a water stream flowed down into a basin. The fountain had been furnished with underwater LED lights which imbued the water jets with shades of red, blue, yellow and green. Further down the road there were other kinds of luminous arches, each shaped in a different way. I went right, walked along the path and passed by a late night club. As I passed it, my eyes made out an enormous object shaped like an isolesceles triangle across the plaza. All over it there were countless specks of gold and on top stood a blue shimmering star. The Christmas tree had been probably arranged overnight, and on its side, I saw a group of people walking in my direction.
