margin-bottom: 0.17in\"><A NAME=\"_GoBack\"></A>\nIf you choose to link an activity tracker (such as a Fitbit,\npedometer, or other fitness app) to your account on the Platform, we\nmay obtain information about you that is collected by the activity\ntracker(s), such as statistics regarding your mobility, exercise\nhabits, and other personal information that you may allow those\ndevices to collect.  Similarly, if you choose to link a\nBluetooth-enabled device (such as a scale or blood pressure cuff) to\nthe Platform, we may obtain information about you that is measured or\notherwise collected by those devices. \n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-bottom: 0.17in\">\t<I>Information Collected\nAutomatically</I></P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-left: 0.5in; margin-bottom: 0.17in\">In addition to\ninformation you submit to us, we may collect certain information\nusing automated tools such as cookies, web beacons, and web server\nlogs.  The types of information we collect automatically may include\nIP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating\nsystem details, language preferences, referring URLs, length of\nvisits, and pages viewed.  \n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-left: 0.5in; margin-bottom: 0in\"><BR>\n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-bottom: 0.17in\">We reserve the right to transfer any\ninformation we obtain through the Platform in the event we sell or\ntransfer all or a portion of our business or assets (e.g., further to\na merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business\ntransaction, including negotiations of such transactions). \n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"page-break-after: avoid\"><B>Information Security </B>\n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-bottom: 0.17in\">We maintain appropriate\nadministrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help\nprotect personal information collected or received through the\nPlatform.  Although we use reasonable efforts to safeguard\ninformation, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure\nand we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected\nthrough the Platform. \n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"page-break-after: avoid\"><B>Links to Other Websites</B></P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-bottom: 0.17in\">We may provide links to other\nwebsites or services for your convenience and information.  Websites\nthat are operated by entities not affiliated with VHP may have their\nown privacy policies or notices, which we strongly suggest you\nreview.  VHP is not responsible for the content or privacy practices\nof any linked websites that we do not control. \n</P>\n<P STYLE=\"margin-bottom: 0.17in\"><B>Platform Support Groups and\nOnline Forums</B></P>\n<P>The Platform features forums, including online support groups and\nvirtual semi-private group fitness classes (collectively, the\n“Forums”), that allow registered users to communicate with one\nanother through online audio conferencing.  When you voluntarily\nelect to participate in a Forum, your account information and records\nwill be available to the moderator of the Forum, but not to the other\nparticipants.  Your identity will not be disclosed to your fellow\nusers in the Forum unless you choose to disclose that information\nyourself.  Please note, however, that your voice and words will be\naudible to all participants in the Forum.  Accordingly, any\ninformation you share in this context will be available to your\nfellow users, who may not adhere to this Privacy Notice and could\ndisclose the information you share to unknown third parties.  You\nshould think carefully about whether you wish to disclose information\nthat may identify you when you participate in a Forum.  Please be\naware that even if you do not say your name, sharing certain details\nabout yourself may make it possible for others to deduce your\nidentity.</P>\n<P STYLE=\"page-break-after: avoid\"><B>Social Features</B></P>\n<P STYLE=\"page-break-after: avoid\">The Platform may include features\nthat are designed to permit interactions that you initiate between\nthe Platform and third-party websites or services, including\nthird-party social networks (“Social Features”).
