Unfortunately, Mister Terrific, seeing Hawkgirl knocked down, had acted at the exact same moment, directing a hail of T-spheres at Metallo. The two attacks canceled each other out, with the T-spheres getting tangled in Green Lantern’s net and pulling it off course, so neither projectile reached its target.
