  1. He loved him like he loved God.
  2.
  3. Pucci quietly opened the large door to the cathedral, hoping and yearning to see his vampiric lover once more. Dio would often come to see the man of god, and they would talk for hours on end about whatever was on their mind. Dio would even appear in his own house or whenever Pucci was travelling for religious purposes. However, Dio would never see him when light was out. That would kill him, which Pucci will constantly avoid or even mention to his lover. Enrico went to the altar and quietly picked up the Bible rested upon it. The dark skinned male traced his fingers along the edges of the book, feeling the leather cover and moving it along lightly to the soft sheets of paper within. He began to aspire about achieving Heaven, a topic Dio had discussed with him at one point of their relationship. Pucci knew, immediately, that Dio trusted him. He felt the same way. He would never betray the vampire. He never even thought of that. Faintly within the empty cathedral, he heard a soft 'thump'. Pucci perked up and turned around, blinking softly. Slowly rising up was the man himself. Dio smirked softly, his scarlet eyes gleaming in the almost-dark cathedral. Pucci’s cheeks heated up. His form was so enticing, so beautiful. Dio always wore the best of clothing, striking gold pants with a lime heart-shaped belt holding it up from falling. He didn’t wear his matching jacket this time around, rather wore a raven black crop top with no sleeves. His sides and stomach were shown, something Dio was rather proud about as well. Dio was a fit man, buff and having hundreds of years without aging. The taller man strolled nonchalantly to Pucci. He smiled, sharp teeth glazed over in pure white, and lipstick black as night, contrasting. The man of god looked up at him, smiling more. “It’s been awhile since you've last visited me, Dio. I was afraid you forgot about me.” Pucci said quietly, face heating up more as Dio dragged a hand along his face, pointed yet gentle nails pressing lightly into his skin. The vampire spoke soothingly, reassuring Pucci’s anxious soul. “I would never forget about you, Pucci. I am not a man of abandonment.” Dio leaned closer to Pucci’s face, smiling even more. His other hand rested just at his hip, pulling Pucci closer. Pucci placed his hands lightly on the male’s chest. He adored how the vampire felt so warm, even though at times his skin was as cold as ice. Dio made him so happy, gave his life meaning and wonder. He would never leave him or wish any bad luck on him. Dio leaned down and pressed his lips against the priest’s. Pucci closed his eyes and returned the loving kiss, running his hands up to his shoulders, then his messy blonde hair. Pucci ran his hands along his hair, closing his eyes and melting more into Dio’s kisses. As the candles died out, Pucci pulled away for air, gazing at the vampire with a dazed smile. Dio chuckled quietly and rubbed his lips with his thumb. “You have some lipstick there, my love.” Dio murmured, as if they had to be quiet as to not disrupt the surrounding. Pucci smiled and embraced his vampiric boyfriend. “I love you so much, Dio.” He whispered gently. The vampire, although taken aback, wrapped his strong arms around Pucci’s frame and closed his eyes, nuzzling his head onto his shoulder. “The same to you, my love.”
