  1. A fanciful dream
  2.
  3. Apparantly, it was a moving in party for me by a large group of friends.
  4.
  5. Right away, I felt something off about it. These are various people from my life that never hanged out with each other - middle school, high school, college, and so forth.
  6.
  7. It bothered me so much that I start intergoting one
  8.
  9. "What college are we going to"
  10.
  11. "Does it really matter?"
  12.
  13. "I guess it doesn't," I realized, and soon find myself enjoying the festivities.
  14.
  15. Then I woke up. An afternoon nap under the shaded summer sun, with the two dogs as my head and foot rest.
  16.
  17. Wanting to see what's next, I lie still and forces myself to fall back sleep again.
  18.
  19. We're running, as fast as we can on a gravel path, barely catching our breaths. Besides us a large artificial lake, longer than it is wide.
  20.
  21. A large park? It seems to go on forever. We seem late for something, but for me I was just enjoying letting my heart race along 4 other friends.
  22.
  23. 2 other girl and boy. I think my college roommate and his girlfriend were in the lead, but I wasn't far behind.
  24.
  25. Feels like I'm interested in the other girl. Maybe we're dating?
  26.
  27. We slow down our paces, and finally reached a log bridge by the lake. Maybe a long tree root instead? It seem held together by branches and ropes. With small rock outcrops inbetween, it connects one side of the lake with another.
  28.
  29. One after another we passed the other side. I felt a tinge of pride as I crossed it rapidly. A good sense of balance always been a strength of mine.
  30.
  31. By the otherside of the log bridge is an outdoor stage, with some wooden bench nested between. Looks like we made it in time.
  32.
  33. Sweaty and tired, we piled in on some empty seats. Next on the guest lecture schedule:
  34.
  35. DURAN DURAN
  36.
  37. I don't even like duran duran.
