Well at least it's sort of almost kinda addressing that Hori has become an abusive controlling Bitch.  I guess it's a start.  I am happy that the Manga clearly came down on her as being in the wrong, because she really was.

If your Significant Other checks through your cell phone without your permission, or shames/coerces you into giving your permission, they're Controlling.  If they then start yelling at you for something that isn't what they think, They're Unstable.  And if they then hit you at all when you accurately and justifiably defend yourself from their tantrum, they're Abusive.

Any one of those should give you pause and make you rethink the relationship.  All three is immediate grounds to dump them immediately.
