  1. Hello Shaquilla,
  2.
  3. It seems to me, that you are angry and unsatisfied. That you expected more from this project or a different output. Do you feel, like I betrayed you or given up on you?
  4.
  5. I am not sure how do you perceive this situation and I would really love to hear about your point of view. But from my position, I perceive your 1-star rating as being unfair.
  6.
  7. Imagine, that you have been hired by your client to do an exactly specified job. It's a new client and you want to provide them with an amazing service. It's because you are a proud member of Codeable and this is your mission - to communicate everything upfront, do an awesome job and leave your client with awesome experience.
  8.
  9. But then your client approaches you with a task which was not scoped. To be more specific, they want you to gather all the info about heading sizes across their website. It was a part of the deal, that they provides this information:
  10. "*I need to change the h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 and h6 fonts to a custom font we have recently purchased. **I can specify the exact heights we need the headers to be.***"
  11.
  12. You know that this task will take you another 60 - 80 minutes to prepare, communicate, implement and revision. You also know that this project seems for the client to be easy (like it should take 15 minutes) and you do not want to stretch your clients budget. So you propose an additional task with the lowest value possible. It's $60 for one hour and most probably it will take you more and you are ready to absorb these costs and also you will absorb the Codeable fees. But the client (even when they specifically described that they will provide you with this information) starts being angry and credits you instantly with a 1-star rating.
  13.
  14. So may you please share your experience with me?
  15.
  16. Regards,
  17. Thomas
