  11. Busyness & Productivity: You can be busy, yet not productive. In fact, busyness is often used as a proxy for productivity.

  13. We always have this irrational idolization that what is new must be the best, and that it's an improvement of the past. As a contraposition, anyone who thinks that the new is not the best are looked down as people who are out of touch, obsolete, someone who will fade into irrelevance.

  15. If you focus on good things, you will feel good. If you focus on bad things, you will feel bad. This happens irregardless of your physical circumstances.

  23. Practice concentration by try to retain your attention to think about one topic in the face of distractions. Avoid looping(avoiding the hard parts and only going through the shallow details).

  27. Physical rituals are more important they look. Grand gestures(buying cabins, renting expensive hotel rooms) signify to you that you're doing something important.

  29. Most people use Social media only because they want to fulfill their shallow desires for entertainment. This desire can be replaces with other things.

  31. Make a daily schedule everyday in the morning to plot your time. Make spaces in schedule for unforeseen disturbances just in case.
