Well jeez... took him long enough. To be fair, he had to make sure to do this right. Once collected, typically you'd have to wash the sample, but the circumstances were different. In-vitro experimentation requires the samples to be washed... how weird is that? But I digress. Holding the beaker, he grabbed a few syringes and filled them, before gently placing them into a small container, and a few extra vials into another small container holding liquid nitrogen, in order to keep it preserved.

Man, science is fucking wild...

Noah sighed, as he made his way to his fellow scientist's lab, carrying the containers along with him. He hadn't given himself time to recoup, much, though. Letting out a strained sigh, he knocked on the door, before letting himself in. "I'm... here... sorry that took so long. Lotta extra stuff has to be done for samples like this..." He huffed, setting the containers down, leaning against a nearby counter. He crossed his arms, giving Gumi a weak smile. The boy was a disheveled mess, sweaty, his tie loose, and his hair pushed back. "Hhhaha, so I... r-really hope you appreciate this... the larger box has extra vials with small samples. I already put them in nitrogen for you... so those extras are freezing. The... other box has... syringes..." Don't mind the pausing, he's catching his breath as he speaks. "God I'm tired."

Gumi was just siting at his desk, a book in hand, and a pair of reading glasses on his face. He took them off as he heard the other come in.

"oh. hello Noah. " he said as the other entered the room. he watched as they leaned on his counter, and spoke. Listening intently as he walked up to inspect the samples. eyes sharp and keen as he eyed them up for a moment before his eyes fell onto Noah once more.

"yes thank you for doing so much. I would have come and helped you out if i knew you were going to help prep the samples for me. you didnt need to, especially since you seem quite tired. " he said cocking his head to the side slightly. Eyes looking over the taller man curiously. while Gumi would never admit that he himself had never touched himself, he couldnt help but be curious about it.

"if you are tired you can always sit or lay down if you like. I have my bed over there, you can relax in that if you like. I have a few other things to do before i really get started on the experiment, but i figure you would like to stay yes?"
He asked eyeing them some more before gestering to the small bed, It seemed to be a rolling table, one often used for cadavers. It was made up with a few pillows and a blanket. It wasnt a shock that Gumi slept in his lab, but that didnt make it any less odd.

"Huh..? Oh, haha." He laughed softly, before running his ungloved hand through his dark hair, brushing it back out of his face for a moment. "Nah, I'm... good, I can just stand to catch my breath for a few... No big deal, it just... took a lot of out me, y'know?" He'd be fine. Glancing down for a moment, he reached into his lab coat pocket, pulling out a bottle of blue liquid.

"Sports drink with electrolytes... actually really helps, since... it's pretty much all stamina... I'm pretty sure at this rate, my one arm's gonna be nice and firm." He joked, laughing again, before uncapping the bottle. He chugged a significant amount of the drink, before sighing. "Eh sure, I'll stick around. Nothing better to do..." He trailed off, glancing around the room. Gumi's lab wasn't much different from his own, but there were still significant differences. The hospital bed... more surgical tools... Elly sitting in the corner... "What else d'you need to do before... you... start?" Wait, Elly in the corner? Ah shit.

"oh i see. interesting. Thank you for this. And i have everything else i need to start, even the solutions and areas iwill be storing everything. i did that before. And i set up the eggs as you were geting my sample for me." he said calmly picking up his samples, and bringing them over to the area where he was doing the experiment. "feel free to make yourself at home.  " he says as he turns his back.

Elly had been watching from in the corner. Normally he wasnt doing much, content on just being in the room, or more often the not, the subject of Elly's experimentation.
He didnt say anything as he watched the other. he looked him up and down with a frown. His  hands were holding onto his own phone, where he was playing random games to pass the time, he didnt plan on leaving the lab, but he had a feeling the moment he spoke up and Gumi remembered he was there, he would be kicked out so he could have alone time with Noah.

Nodding in understanding, he continued to observe the room. "Yeah, alright, I guess I'll do that, haha." Though now he couldn't take his mind off of Elly. Poor guy... he's probably pretty peeved that he's not the test subject. Though Noah knows it isn't his own fault. He was asked, and of course he'd oblige. Giving a small smile to the other, and a soft wave, he glanced away again.

Noah took his own phone out, scrolling through some stuff. "You're really in this for the long haul, huh doc? Y'know, you're gonna have to incubate those bad boys too, haha." He fiddled with the device in hand, tapping away at his screen. "If this goes well, you could totally change the game. This could revolutionize the modern medicinal world... what an amazing accomplishment~"

"of course i know what i have to do with them. i didnt run into this and think i could take your sperm inject it into an egg and just let it go off. i have plans. I even ordered some other eggs from some other people. I hope you like being a father because i have alot of plans" he said with a smile.

he started to set some other things up after puting away his samples. it seemed he wasnt ready to start it up yet, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. So as he was doing this he figured he could write out some test results on one of the other things he was working on.

Elly in the corner glared at him, but said nothing still. Figuring that he didnt want to leave, and while he knew Gumi didnt like him back, that didnt mean he wouldnt stop him from geting it on with someone else

Giving a soft chuckle to himself as he heard the other speak, he smiled as well. "Right, of course you thought of everything. You're a smart man. I don't underestimate you in the slightest... doctor~" He paused momentarily, before continuing. "Fatherhood, huh? Guess I never thought about it before... but I guess this is like a test, in a way, right?"

He sighed, before glancing over at Elly, raising a brow. Hm... "Oh, El, didn't realize you were still in here." He smirked, before glancing over his shoulder again to look at the doctor. Noah then looked back down at his phone, tapping away as he did something else now.

Gumi looked over when the other metioned elly. eyes falling on to the man with a raised eyebrow. "i thought you had stuff to do elly? you know that thing with testing out some new drug or something" he says. In a way trying to get rid of elly, though he was alot softer about it then expected.

Elly on the other hand caught on. "oh that, i canceled so i could see your experiment go down." he says as he starts to walk over to where Gumi was. As he passed by Noah he glared at him. "you know since you arnt using my cum i figured i could help out in other ways!" he said in a fake happy tone as he wrapped his arms around Gumi.

"no thanks Elly. If i need help im sure Noah will be enough" Gumi says as he shook the others arms off of him. It seemed he was used to the type of treatment as he just continued on working as if it really was nothing.

Noah rolled his eyes slightly at Elly's behavior, but he wouldn't think much of it. After all, he's not much of a threat, just a nuisance. He's only clingy because he's been around Gumi for so long, he can't see that there's totally other people to obsess over, his thoughts intruding his brain.

Shaking it off though, he grinned, and rubbed the back of his neck again. He'd noticed that oh right, his tie was still messy. Clearing his throat, Noah readjusted his tie, retying it properly, and gave a sigh of relief. "I'm flattered you want to keep me around, doc. But I'm not sure how much help I'm gonna be~ I'm just a pathologist, I don't really professionally mess around with bio like you do~"

Gumi shrugged. "i suppose. OH! speaking off you wanted swaps of my blood yes? i have that here for you. who knew chickens could be so mean" he says as he walks away from elly, making his way to where he had stored the swabs of his own blood, picking two of them up, they were perfectly preserved.

"here you are" he said walking up to Noah with a calm demeanor, handing over his swabs. "your hair is still quite a mess, not to mention your whole outfit still seems quite disheveled." he informed the other when he noticed that they fixed their tie but not anything else about them.
"though i do have to admit your hair being messy is quite nice" he says calmly as he turns around with a flourish, making his way back to what he was doing.

Elly was still standing where Gumi had left him. a frown on his face as he listened to the two of them talking. it seemed Gumi complimenting Noah was something Elly was not fond of.

"Oh, yeah that's right. Thanks, it's much appreciated~" He carefully tucked the preserved samples into his other lab coat pocket, smiling. "And uh... yeah, you think so? Huh, guess I should sport bedhead more often." Noah gave a quiet chuckle, before fixing his hair a bit with one of his hands, running his fingers through it like a comb.

"Didn't exactly give myself much time to recoup. Guess I wanted to get t'you as quickly as possible~" Being the one who would compliment others, Noah wasn't used to taking them. However, he definitely took compliments better than most people. He fixed himself a little bit more, adjusting his shirt buttons, vest, lab coat... was his fly still down? No, thankfully. He looked towards the third person in the room, and boy did he look... the opposite of thrilled. Oh well. Not his fault that he was an attractive male... blame genetics. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Gumi nods as he starts to set up to inject the eggs. "you want to come over here and watch me inject this egg? i mean it is your Semen so its only fair you get to come and help me. I mean this will be your child you know. and i have a few tests that i plan on doing, to see how fast i can make them grow. "

"arnt you excited to be a daddy?" he asked happily as he he inspected the samples, not really thinking about how strange his word choice was. and instead just thinking about how great this experiment would end up being.

Honestly, he should've thought this through. These will literally be his kids... though not very conventionally. Maan, being a dad is already such taxing work... he hoped he wouldn't have to get a second job to support his family-- okay, enough ridiculous internal monologuing. "Oh yeah, I'm thrilled, haha... especially since I know that they'll be in such capable hands like your own."

He nodded, pushing off the counter he was leaning against. Noah walked over to where the shorter doctor was, and he looked over the other's shoulder... even though the view he had was perfectly fine, due to being taller anyway. "It's a good thing you've got so many plans, then... but man, I'm gonna have so many weird, illegitimate children... haha."

"well lucky for you ill be the one caring for them.  youll just be here. and here we go. this one is my base. Im only implanting your sperm and nothing else. The others will have other mixtures ive made before to help induce rapid growth within creatures, and a couple others have more mixtures within them to see what comes out the best. Once i find the best solution to growing them fast and healthy i will be moving on to other types of eggs. and of course i will also be killing some of them, i hope you are fine with that." he said with a smile head turning to smile at him. eyes gleaming with excitement as he  thought about all the things he could do.

Noah gave a slight smile in response to the doctor, and gave a curt nod of his head. He wasn't too torn up about the whole killing thing. They are illegitimate children, after all, it wasn't as if they were actually human... just half. To most, the morality and humanity would have been heavily questioned. However, to him, this was purely scientific, and he wouldn't question most of the choices the other would make. "If it's for your research, then I'm honored~"

he smiled back at him. "im glad you understand it, its nice to have another intellectual in this lab for once. We can do so much together!"  His eyes shined as he gave a small jump of excitement.

After his small outburst he went back to injecting his eggs. making sure to do everything as perfectly as he could. Patching up the holes he made with some faux eggshell. after injecting them he made sure to inspect them all, not really noticing how the other may have looked at him or anything. to caught up in his own world.

Noah had focused for a moment specifically on one word: together. "Hm... I'm happy to be here~" He was thrilled to be at the side of the ultimate biologist. That in itself was such an amazing talent! He sighed happily to himself, as he watched the other with curiosity and fondness. He almost didn't want to speak up again, because Gumi had seemed so focused on his craft. It was really impressive...

Okay and up you go" he says picking up the eggs, and walking away with them. He continued to watch the other flit about the room with ease, and exact knowledge of every movement he was making. To hear him speak so fondly of his latest science discovery was endearing. It was even moreso because he'd helped with this one. "Aha... I'm glad you're happy so far with this. So... how long d'you think it'll take to incubate these? Since they're so different and new..."

he looked back, jumping slightly when it was noah he saw and not elly. "oh?" he thought for a moment as he put the eggs up to set. "hmm each should take a diffrent amount of time. the normal one should take a couple months, though the others should be faster. i dont know for sure, but a couple days at least. " he said with a thought.

"you wanna stick around for a bit? just.. well hang out?" he said with a soft blush, it seemed he wanted to spend time with him.

That all made a good amount of sense to him. They were going to be something special, and although human children take months, he was excited to see some sort of results within a few days. That much, he knew. And the best part was... he'd probably get to help make sure the specimen are healthy and disease-free. He sure hoped that'd be the case, anyway... it'd be horrible if something were to happen.

But I digress! Did... the doctor just ask him to stay even longer? "If... you really want me to, then I'll stay for you~" He gave a warm smile, before glancing down at the floor. "I mean, I certainly wouldn't want to overstay my welcome..."

" he said with a soft akward laugh. one hand starting to twiddle with his clean lab coat. "hmm, what did you want to do. Ive been working all day honestly, and it would be nice to sit down and just hang out with you. if that something you would want to do of course. I mean i dont want to push you if you have things to do as well" he says smiling at the other, face quite red now.

Well, while true he didn't have much else to do today, in terms of his research, he could've always used his free time to clean up his own lab just a little bit. But... if he could spend time with Gumi, then he so wanted to do that instead-- ah... right.

When the third party had approached, Noah rose a brow again, and gave a small sigh of annoyance. "I do appreciate the welcome, Fretta... really. I'd love to spend more time with you... though I'm not quite sure it's such a good idea right now. I mean... it seems that your other friend wants to hang out. And well... I'd feel just awful if I got in the way of such close friends~" He gave a small shrug, before turning away slightly, arms crossed. "If it's too much trouble, I can come back later... or you could... stop by my space instead..."

Elly on the other hand had seen this as a win. he figured Gumi wouldnt even end up going over to the lap. "aww come on Gumi. you gotta spend time with me. You can spend time with Noah later, its not like he minds or anything. Gumi gave a soft dejected sigh. "okay i guess. Ill see you later then Noah.. since you have other things to do, and elly wants me. ill try and stop by later if you are free" he said with a nod. His cold demeanor returning as he decided he may as well mask his emotions since he may never end up geting to spend time with Noah while elly was around him. and elly was allways around him.
