(MCEdit Filter Description)
This MCEdit Filter creates chest items that have loot_tables that the player can place and when the player opens a chest
it will contain random items, blocks, enchanted armor, ect using defrault loot tables in minecraft.

by leaving the LootTableSeed 0 it will always be random when opened by the player, or broken but if you have a seed for example it will always use that seed as the items in the chest when placed.

also this filter can place chest blocks with loot_tables on them so when opened by the player it will also have random items based off the Loot ID, and Loot Seed
