  1. Motoko is like trying to move a brick wall. 300 pound prosthetic body and currently every single muscle in her body is tensed. She can hurt him, which is the good part. The bad part? She might not be agile enough. Well, alright. She'll turn off her pain receptors and not give a damn. She slowly rose to a stand, keeping her hands visible.
  2.
  3. Gilgamesh He always wondered why she hated his guts. Though, he also understood to some degree. At her standing up he gave a smirk. Oh, was she getting serious? He would fire a warning shot from Gate of Babylon at her to see what she did, though he aimed to hit her right shoulder.
  4.
  5. Motoko She didn't like his guts. Not at all. Hated? Maybe. Well- probably. The warning shot resulted in her leaning to the side so it'd miss just barely, the blade likely snagged her upper sleeve leaving a nice cut in her cropped jacket. And she didn't even have any weapons on her, so it looks like she was going to have to ruin his day quite personally. She'd begin taking steps towards cover in the likely few seconds- or less than two judging from his apparent attitude- she had to get out of the way. The instant he would go full tilt and open fire she was going to duck and roll behind the nearest pillar.
  6.
  7. Gilgamesh As soon as Gilgamesh saw her duck and roll, he decided to just fire swords at the pillar until it gave. Sure, stone gave her a few minutes of relative safety- granite and marble, perhaps. But between the various noble phantasms colliding with the pillar and the shrapnel from them colliding with any solid surface on the other side of her, that structure wasn't going to be much cover. Not in the slightest.
  8.
  9. Motoko wasn't actually all that alarmed. She couldn't feel the shrapnel- only the exceptionally sharp bits actually got under her skin and she felt that without the pain it usually came with, otherwise her prosthetic body was reinforced to the point that a standard sidearm didn't penetrate it- so she was more or less fine with shrapnel as long as it didn't get in her eyes. Though, being blind wasn't a hindrance as well, either. She'd rather not do that again, these weren't ordinary bullets this time. "Y'know, you're kind of an asshole for attacking an unarmed woman, right!?" She'd shout, casual banter although she hated his guts.
  10.
  11. Gilgamesh Gilgamesh wasn't about to let up, this was a grudge match after all; so naturally he was going to chip through the stone pillar she hid behind, though he was surprised she didn't keel over dead from the shrapnel? Oh, well- she was a tough one, he recalled. "Are you stalling?" He'd muse, if she thought she was going to outlast him that was quite laughable. He focused a bit more, if he could make that pillar crumble sooner than expected it'd be an ideal conclusion.
  12.
  13. Wesker -It would seem like a blur to most, the speed at which Wesker completed the movements needed to come into the Colosseum, see Motoko pinned down behind a very quickly degrading stone pillar, making his mind up about what to do, and acting on it. as, if anyone was nearby when he rushed by they'd most likely be knocked over by the force of him moving past them at such speeds. He'd dive into the arena before locating Gilgamesh's ribcage, fist balled up tighter than it had been in some time, he'd bring his arm back, and launch it forward like a piston as he aimed right for the ribs that protected his lungs, armor or not, if this landed, It would at the very least cause Gilgamesh to rethink his strategy of attacking another right out int he open with no environment to protect himself from what was about to become wesker's onslaught-"attempting to attack that which belongs to ME is a death wish. I hope you realize what you're about to face, because I am NOT amused... Lets see what you got, you gaudy looking wannabe.
  14.
  15. Motoko Well, she heard the footsteps- oh. Oh shit. Well it looks like things were going the way they used to a long time ago. She remained behind the pillar for the time being, plucking some larger shards of stone shrapnel from her skin. She didn't bleed, but if she knew him as well as she did- Albert was already eighteen different flavors of mad, so this was probably her only chance to get any sort of weapon. She'd get up as soon as she was sure the fire had ceased- or at least he changed his target.
  16.
  17. Gilgamesh He hadn't noticed- and that was his fault. He noticed at the last second and certainly not soon enough to get away from a very angry looking man donning sunglasses and what seemed to be an already foul disposition. He stopped and tried to summon Gate of Babylon in the split second facing Wesker before his fist collided with Gilgamesh's ribcage- he underestimated everything in that moment. Not having been even remotely prepared for this, he didn't tense and prepare for the punch to connect- he leaned back and tried to escape the punch though the fist colliding both dented his armor and sent Gilgamesh sliding a few feet. Though, a sign he was really hit was that he choked and had to gasp for breath. Nothing was broken, but that hurt- and the fact that he was hit with such force from a lowly mongrel? That really bothered him. "Mongrel," He said with a growl, straightening himself up and catching his breath. "How dare you." Gate of Bablyon appearing once more as he took aim.

  19. Gilgamesh He hadn't noticed- and that was his fault. He stopped and tried to summon Gate of Babylon in the split second facing Wesker before his fist collided with Gilgamesh's ribcage- he underestimated everything in that moment. 20.
  21. Gilgamesh He was starting to dislike this. This man had no divinity and wasn't a servant, so why was his movement proving difficult to follow!? Gilgamesh was growing increasingly more irritated. He dismissed the entire top half of his armor- rather be without it than get crushed inside it. He lifted a hand to catch the fist and at least try to slow it enough with force to get himself a distance away. Fuck, where'd this mongrel come from!? Did it have something to do with that woman...? Everything happened a bit too fast for him to connect the dots, right now he was trying to not be, quite literally, beaten to a bloody pulp. While trying to put distance between himself and Wesker, he opened up Gate of Babylon and would fire three noble phantasms at the man to try to, maybe, get him to back off. Yeah, Gilgamesh needed cover, but the onslaught was keeping him from actually hiding behind anything or so much as looking for cover- he was too busy trying to not get beaten to death by someone he hadn't seen before who CLEARLY was very cross with him.
  22.
  23. Motoko She had been watching once she was sure the bombardment stopped. She stood up, skin still torn in some areas from shrapnel but she was otherwise fine. There was still some shrapnel left lodged under her skin, but she didn't have to feel pain if she didn't want to. She'd examine the immediate area to see if there was anything she could use.
  24.
  25. Wesker -Wesker would grin, watching as the man backpedaled trying to get himself in a more acceptable fighting position. though Wesker wouldn't stop. He wasn't even close to warmed up, and two punches was nothing. He had felt some built up tension prior to getting involved so the fact that he could let loose a bit and beat someone into a bloody mess with just his fists was a nice change. He'd dodge in and out between the blades being shot towards him, even going so far as to grab one and chuck it at Motoko, letting it lodge into the stone pillar she was next to, he'd glance over at her briefly before his eyes fixed back onto Gilgamesh, He'd not let the "immortal" set up for any more crazy assaults. he'd keep the pressure on until something was done to stop or prevent it. preparing to engage once more, and bring his right knee up and towards his stomach.-
  26.
  27. Gilgamesh Gilgamesh felt the knee collide with his gut. This time, he audibly choked. Fucking hell this guy wouldn't let up. It was worth the few seconds though as he'd hesitantly use Enkidu to try to stop him; using the chains to restrain the man who was currently trying to murder him with his fists. If Enkidu would even hold him, that was another question. But it gave Gilgamesh time to breathe- "I'm surprised you haven't broken my ribs yet." He said, "Who the hell are you to interfere, rabid dog? Is that mongrel something to you?"
  28.
  29. Wesker "Still talking trash? you're durable for a boy covered in gold tin foil." -though as he said that, he'd feel himself being restrained, chains whipping around him, starting to coil around his arms and legs. Wesker didn't like being held back, let alone by toys and not the person himself. He'd growl lowly eyes glowing red, those hues didn't even break away from the gaze Wesker set upon Gilgamesh now. Nothing was about to stop him as he started prying at one of the chains on his right arm, It would bend and creek with the force Wesker started to exert against them, before long, whatever was between Wesker and that chain would quickly be sent towards Gilgamesh as that weakened chain would rip from whatever void it was in, lashing out towards Gilgamesh with enough force that it cleaved another nearby pillar into shards, he didn't care where he aimed the chain, so long as it hit the man any damage was thrilling at this point for Wesker. His anger turning into bliss as the fight continued-
  30.
  31. Gilgamesh Should he just nope? He's debating just abandoning ship because this guy is proving to be a hassle. Oh- Yeah, at Enkidu being snapped and the man running at him full tilt, Gilgamesh didn't know what he was going to do considering he either dodged what was thrown at him and closed the distance, or just didn't give a single damn about what Gil tried to do. Again he'd open Gate of Babylon and try to at least hit the man once with the rapid fire barrage of swords. This mongrel... And just to be safe, Gil grasped a sword from his arsenal and held it ready, visibly irritated and on edge. This shouldn't be possible, he thought.
  32.
  33. Motoko She didn't even know if she could get back in there, watching how Albert wasted no time. It had been so long, but she... There was no way she could actually execute someone like she used to. This wasn't going to be a fight if she stepped in; it was going to be a murder. With a sigh, she rolled her shoulders and activated her therm-optic camouflage. Instead opting to go around the skirmish sledgehammer in hand as inconspicuously as she could. Once she was suitably positioned on the other side of the two, she'd wait.
  34.
  35. Wesker -Wesker, was too fixed on the vision in his head of seeing the man getting crushed beneath him, though this wasn't the best thing. it also made him blind to some things around him, almost like tunnel vision. He'd push forward, starting to break the rest of the chains away, and start to churn towards Gilgamesh, one blade sunk into his outer thigh, and one more into his left arm, near his shoulder, He'd raise his right hand, pulling both blades from his flesh one by one, tossing them down to the ground beside him. Sure, it hurt him. but he was too obsessed now. Bleeding pretty badly, wesker stomped closer and closer, occasionally using that quickstep to seemingly blink in and out of the blades he had taken note of. He'd stand over the man. peering down at him- "Hit me, like you mean it. stop using those toys and HIT ME! you think you're a god?! you think you're someone of higher standing? Don't make me laugh, you're a boy with too many useless things to abuse. Take that sword you have in your hand, stab me. HURT ME! But do it yourself if you want to be a real man." -he'd even go so far as to grab at the blade with his hand, and hold it to his chest- "Common. what's stopping you, you could win this little fight here. Show me what a "god" is made of." -he grinned wildly at him, even a laugh escaped his lips as he waited to see what would happen-
  36.
  37. Gilgamesh Gilgamesh glared at the man. He was... odd. Strange. On a level, Gilgamesh could almost respect that he was trying to literally kill him for attacking that woman. He might've done the same. After a moment, Gilgamesh tried to shove the blade hilt-deep in Wesker's side between his ribs. He didn't know what this man was- he couldn't tell and he didn't know if what he was suspecting was the case was reality. But the possibility disgusted him, he couldn't afford to be curious and ask questions. Gilgamesh grit his teeth and glared right back at what was, to anyone less fortunate, probably death incarnate.
  38.
  39. Motoko Not willing to chance her own husband's health, she'd sprint towards Gilgamesh with the sledgehammer reeled back and poised- once within range, she disengaged the therm-optic camouflage and swung the sledgehammer to hopefully connect with the base of the neck where it met the skull, exerting enough force to break the sledgehammer on contact if enough resistance was applied, but it was more likely she was going to sever his vertebrae before the sledgehammer broke.
  40.
  41. Wesker -the blade did sink into Wesker, though not as far as Gilgamesh would have liked it to, wesker gripped the blade, pushing back against Gilgamesh's own strength. though... in all honesty he wasn't expecting Motoko to come up from behind him, He sort of wanted to see what would happen if they kept at this life or death tug of war with his blade. however it was clear now what was happening, and wesker snapped out of his mood. using his one good arm to pull the blade a few more inches back before it left his body. he'd simply toss the blade at Gilgamesh's feet watching on now as Motoko took a swing at him- "perhaps It just wasn't meant to be for you today, Boy."
  42.
  43. Gilgamesh "Damn you, mongrel-" Gilgamesh growled as he struggled against the other man's weight. However, anything Gilgamesh would've said after that was cut short, he didn't expect the sledgehammer. He heard a crack and collapsed as any control of his limbs he had was promptly null. All remaining weapons he summoned vanished around the same time he did, shining gold dust-like particles scattered and ceased to exist just moments after his body hit the floor. He'd choose to linger in spirit form after the respawn process for the time being.
