  1. Black Cocoa low(ish) carb banana bread

  3. Dry
  4. 2 Cups hazelnut/filbert flour
  5. 1/2 cup black walnuts (Divided)
  6. 1/4 cup black cocoa
  7. 1/4 cup inulin
  8. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  9. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  10. 1 tsp baking soda
  11. 1/4 cup flax seeds
  12. 1/2 cup no sugar added dark chocolate chips
  13. Wet
  14. 3 large eggs
  15. 3 bananas
  16. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  17. 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  18. 3 tablespoons whole milk

  20. Preheat oven to 350. Line medium size loaf pan with parchment paper then lightly grease.

  22. Combine all the dry ingredients except the walnuts and chocolate chips combine in a stand mixer or food processor if you want.

  24. Combine the eggs, vanilla, avocado oil, and milk, whisk, or mix with hand mixer. Then mash/mix in the bananas.

  26. Combine the dry and wet ingredient mixes, then add the chocolate chips and half the walnuts, fold in.

  28. Pour ingredient mix into loaf pan, then top with remaining walnuts.

  30. Bake 50 mins or until done (butter knife comes out clean).
