- Well first off, there’s the question on if lightsabers would cut through celestial bronze, and my answer is probably. While it’s kind of hard to determine, the weapons can be forged by half-bloods, and Hephaestus’ forges tend to be volcanoes or involve volcanos, which tell us about what kind of heat is required. So I think it might take a bit of effort, but a lightsaber could probably get through Riptide.
