This is a 2nd Opinion appeal, which is to be handled by Ban Appeal Managers ONLY.

[b]Explain what you did wrong and why you did it[/b]: i only used binds in LV and this guy recorded me i don't have anything else to say
[b]Explain why you should be unbanned[/b]: I should be unbanned because the video in the complaint against me only shows me lagging a bit due to binds, which pretty much everyone in LV does. In the complaint against me, Brian said I was using a "cheat" that made me "invincible", yet in the video, you can clearly see that I take damage and die, which means I was NOT invincible, which means Brian's claim that I was invincible is invalid.

Also, I gained no unfair advantage over other players as I was only trying to defend turfs, and our group lost the battle for that turf anyway, so if anything, I should have only received a jail, yet this unfair admin decided to ban me permanently.

All I did was do what everyone else in LV does, and I didn't gain any serious advantage over other players, yet Brian still decided to permanently ban me for it, which is obviously unfair. Ban Appeal Managers, please consider all points of my 2nd opinion appeal and come to a FAIR decision. Thank you for your time.
