  3. QRD:
  4.
  5. Many states are susceptible to vulnerabilities that have led to extremely lax and insecure online voting portals. Any bad actor (either republican, democrat, or outside forces that have an interest in meddling with the election) can use these online voting portals to request a ballot be mailed out them ANYWHERE in the US. All they need to do this is your name and DOB in many cases, and this can be found nearly anywhere - let alone the fact 150 million Americans had their data leaked with EQUIFAX.
  6.
  7. Online imageboard users have stumbled upon an extremely effective and easy way for a bad actor to potentially harvest a MASSIVE amount of prefilled out ballots, which can then be submitted/cast at local courthouses or polling places.
  8.
  9. It is important to state unequivocally, that submitted/casted ballots CANNOT be changed. Various Youtube personalities and some news articles are stating this, but following extensive investigation, it is NOT true. What is definitely proven to be possible is mass ballot harvesting for the purposes of casting fraudulent votes for chosen candidates, and in WA, alleged cancellation of ballot papers that are not yet submitted.
  10.
  11. The WA voter portal website also states that if a new ballot is requested via the online portal, any ballots that are in transit, or are sitting at a voters house, or are yet to be cast are CANCELLED, and that the newly requested ballot is the only one that will be accepted. Bad Actors could cancel the ballots of many Americans. Americans are reporting receiving second or even third ballots to their addresses in their name. This would cancel the previous one they had. If they were to submit their first received one, it would be an invalid vote.
  12.
  13. SOME states require the last 4 digits of your SSN to access the voter portal. Some require drivers licence number. Whilst this may seem secure, I draw your attention to the Equifax Data Leak that occurred in 2017, where SSNs, names, addresses and drivers licence details of 149 million Americans was stolen. Data security is dismal in the US, other examples include a laptop discovered in Oregon with information of 650k Oregonians on it.
  14.
  15. SSNs and Drivers licences can also be bruteforced on these voter portals, in order to get access to ballots. (Trying every possible combination until accepted). There is no Captcha, rate limiting or any type of bruteforce deterrent on ANY of these online voter portals. Many people have tested this themselves, using scripts to deduce their own SSN and gain access.
  16.
  17. It is a very possible that bad actors of EITHER political party, or overseas actors, could be using this exploit to cast massive amounts of votes for their chosen candidates.
  18.
  19. There are also other concerns regarding availability of personal information that can be viewed once a Name + DOB is provided to log in. Once logged in, you can view party registrations and addresses.
  20.
  21. BPRO - THE VULNERABLE VOTING PORTAL VENDOR
  22. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  23. They're the vendor for the vulnerable election portals for Washington, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, and at least 6 other States and hundreds of counties. It's a corporation is registered in South Dakota. The owners are Brandon Campea and Abbey Campea. Formerly owned by Sandy Mae Bowers and Kent A. Bowers. The cost of the portal for WA was about 95.5 million... BPro was one of the four organizations who submitted bids for the VoteWA portal project: BPro, Demtech, Everyone Counts and PCC TG. Previously there were concerns of this system from WA county officials in 2019 as seen here: https://archive.is/zEqEH.
