  1. Sleep is where the body and brain heal from the days events. Our systems are unable to do all the amazing things we do and repair itself at the same time.
  2. Our brain is constantly looking to "close" files and the unresolved conflicts are the ones that end up getting in our way.
  3. Your mind and body very well do what you tell it to do, especially while we sleep. Only the telling is in what you actually do, think and feel.
