To whom it may concern:

After jumping into Jita, I warped to 4-4 Caldari Assembly Plan by using the "Warp to dock" selection. I landed on the station and was promptly locked and killed by a hurricane on the station.

When my ship died I was 300m from the station, is this not within the docking radius of the station? Should I not have docked before the hurricane was able to lock onto and kill me?

Also, my pod was killed by hurricane that miracously locked and shot me a less than a second after I was shipless.

I lost +4 standard implants in that pod and am curious of getting their return/reimbursed (purchased within the last week).

We apologize for the late reply. The distance of docking is 0 m, the docking sequence will however start earlier as you approach the station but you will still be vulnerable. As your ship loss occurred within the frame of normal game mechanics I am afraid that we are unable to reimburse your loss. Our reimbursement policies are very strict and we can only reimburse if we are able to verify that a bug or server error caused the loss. We hope that you understand our position and that you will recover swiftly from the loss.
