  1. I have been to this lowes twice. The first time I was 8 months pregnant, and my husband and I were looking for a grill. Being pregnant I needed to find a restroom, therefore I decided to ask someone of its location so that I did not have to wander around the store looking for it. The lady I decided to ask was stocking shelves, and I said "ma'ma..." before I could even ask she shoved her finger in my face and without even looking at me said "I'm busy." I was so mad that I just walked away to ask someone else. The second person I decided to ask was an old man who made eye contact with me. The man looked at me and as I said "excuse me" he turned around and walked in the other direction..... I did eventually find the restroom on my own, and my husband and I left to go to home depot because of the way I was treated.

  3. The second time I went to lowes was today. I only went back to this lowes because it opened before Home Depot. My husband and I are moving so I went in search of moving material. This time I went with my daughter in her stroller. I was buy tape, bubble wrap, stuff to pack plates and cups, 5 small boxes, and two medium boxs. I had strategically loaded my stuff under my stroller. When I went to checkout the self checkout was the only thing open, and there was a lady working the section. I started scanning my stuff and then had a problem with the machine so the lady had to assist me. She walked over typed in the code and then I thanked her and she just walked away from me... well when I was down to my last two boxes (the medium size) they were obviously two big to scan. After trying first I then asked the lady for help. She came over with an attitude, and then proceeded to tell me that she could have checked me out, and that I was doing it the hard way. I then told her I didn't know that she was able to do that, and then I asked her why she didn't just tell me before I had already finished checking myself out... the part that irritated me was that she saw how much stuff I had, she saw how bulky the stuff was, and then to watch me struggle instead of just offering to check me out in the beginning....she waited until I was done to belittle me. It's her job to offer help.. it's not the customers job to assume that you can be checked out by an employee at SELF CHECKOUT. The employees at this store need a lesson on respecting their customers.
