So for PMan, it'll go:
a guy who thinks he's a super hero. He tries to rescue someone from a mugging but ends up getting beaten up by the nogs, and you save him
later you find him on the top of a building and he stops someone from committing suicide
the third event you encounter him involves PMan
maybe confronting the Legion of Doom
you team up with the super hero to face the legion of doom and get PMan as a reward
