[b]Hello all - TLDR at the bottom.[/b]

I've decided to appeal my ban from Cybergamer (for the third time) and I need some help, it will be hard considering how my team mates and I had dealt with it the first time but I think it's worth a

shot.

I've been playing Counter-Strike since the 1.5/1.6 days over the course of which I was in many teams and learned many things about this game and it's players.
During my time on CG I have played MW2 with Serenity Now, CS:S for OK? (Original Knifers) and most recently, [b]frostbyte.[/b]

I think the fact that I have a standing VAC ban (which is for using Liberation on MW2) and owning a Steam account that didn't originally belong to myself (belonged to my older brother) put the idea of

me cheating into the heads of those that want to see me dropped for cheating. As for the reason for why I evaded my ban, it was NOT so I could come back and cheat some more like alot of people believe,

it's simply because I thought I had been ripped off (by being unjustly banned and having not only myself but also my team wait week after week to find out what's happened with my appeal).

After my ban there was a massive influx of people saying that I had started bottoming scoreboards and generally playing bad, please, my teammates know I continued to play the same as I always have and

if I did have an off game, it's because everyone has them.

I have been unjustly banned but unfortunately I don't see how im going to prove to Cybergamer that I'm legit. I KNOW there are alot of players out there that can vouch for me from previous LANs and

other NZ comps, I play this game for the fun of it, I play to get better and never give up.

People don't know me as a player, only as a cheater, this is something I wish to remedy,

- Have played at numerous LANs (incl. the recent xLAN 2011 WITH frostbyte)
- VAC'd from MW2 for using "Liberation" (Google it)
- Looking to appeal CG Ban for the THIRD time
