Otis joined him by the window, admiring the view. The rain had stopped. The sun glinted off the steel-and-glass skyscrapers of downtown Metropolis. “It’s a mighty pretty city.”
“Yes, but it’s just one city,” Luthor said. He pressed the screen of his watch and a large, holographic globe of Earth appeared in front of them, slowly rotating. “I have bigger plans.”
