[18:07] <darksydephil> worse case scenario, wait 1-2 years to pay down my debt and sell the house, using the money to pay off a lot of the existing debt. and then since my credit score will have improved, get a good apartment or condo out here that's way cheaper but still suits my needs
[18:08] <darksydephil> but there's the likely 3rd scenario: shit doesn't work out with YT/twitch due to stuff outside my control, i'm forced to sell this house FAST, sell the shit inside FAST, move back to CT. i honestly dont even know if that would work bc it would harm the business so badly and i may not even be able to keep up with the shit back there. may lose the condo in CT and then what?
