zDEAD WoW Addon Edit - WQTips - Edits & Dl [ENDED]

THIS ADD-ON IS MOSTLY NOW DEAD, I WILL NO LONGER BE EDITING AFTER TODAY  2 SEPTEMBER 2018

This is my edit of 'nomisnz' World Quest Tips & Timers Addon

All additions still fall under his copyright, I only added to the original code, I honestly have no clue how to fix any problems in his coding.  I wish the creator had made some parts of this standalone add-ons (like Enigmatic and especially the Reputation tool tips), or able to turn parts off, as some parts will be good for plenty of past and future expansions (Rep Tokens), if any coder or the author can pull the Reputation and maybe enigmatic parts out of this and make it stand alone, that will be great.

	- ReUploaded, found another error while mousing over BoA tokens fun :P
	- May have fixed a mouse over error, not sure still need to play more to see
	  "attempt to index a nil value" -- just cancelled that line and the accompanaying lines out
	  I'll keep my lua errors on to see if this one happens again.
	- Added a missing token
	- Tried to pull the reputation section out, but nope I'm not that good at scripting, well deleting it lol
	  (don't worry i wasn't doing it to my actual file, i copied the code to a new addon but it died before i even started)

    Updated Faction items with Mists of Pandaria Timewalking items
	- Commendations of the Klaxxi, Shado-Pan, Golden Lotus, August Celestials, etc.
	- Tillers Social items Jade Cat, Lovely Apple, etc
		- Could only add one of the Tillers for each item, if you want the other shown
		- Open the file, search Tiller	and move the -- from one tiller to the other on the item, then save and reload WoW
		- make sure not to accidentally remove any of the "," or it all dies, found that out the hard way lol.

	- Added new Legion reputation tokens (thanks to hajcus22 for the idea, kinda stole it, but his file was down)
	- Added some Pandaria tokens to see if it would show up in the tool tip, they seem to for the most part.
	- Tried to see if Paragon reps would be picked up, couldn't get it to work, left them in the file just not usable.
		If you'd rather the Paragon shown, just change the numbers around, just keep the , or it all dies.
