Current thoughts on XY UU tier

So yeah, was bored, and decided to make my thoughts on the current XY UU tier.

Pokes that should be OU but are currently in UU:

Chansey:
This thing is annoying. Extremely bulky, can recover to success, and really it's only downsides are it's vulernability to Knock Off and bad Psychical defense. Otherwise, this thing really does it job in both OU and current UU. Just avoid Crawdaunt, Bisharp, Krookodile and other Knock Off users and you should be safe.

Latias:
The other one that should fuck off to OU IMO. This thing is extremely good right now, though it's type does leave it vulernable to several moves like U-Turn, Knock Off, and Moonblast. Both it's good as a supporter, a wall, or you could go an offensive route too.

Pokemon that people want to see drop but will most likely be BL:

Blissey:

One fighting move and this thing is good as gone. It's very outclassed by it's little sister, but the reason I think it'll be BL is because this thing would be a pink fat menace in UU. Walls pretty much every Special Attacker in the tier, and you really need to boost up to hit it for at least decent damage.

Salamence:

This thing is like Thundy-T. It's outclassed by a legendary (Techinically Thundy-T is outclassed by Thundy-I, but whatever), but it'll be broken in UU. Mixmence can put holes in many UU teams, except if you have a Fairy or an Ice-type.

OU mons that need to drop ASAP:

Smeargle:

This thing sucks. Extreme taunt bait. It also is mediocre as a supporter, as while it does have the largest movepool, it's stats are too poor for it to work. Priority also ruins it.

Donphan:

Outclassed by Excadrill in almost every way. Excadrill is faster, can deal decent damage, and doesn't have major 4mss. Donphan, on the other hand, is very phsyically bulky, but it has major 4mss, does barely any damage, and faces poorly against many OU threats like the Zards, Venusaur, Greninja (Who some want to drop but I think won't), and many others.

Espeon:

While it's my 3rd favorite eeveelution, Espeon leaves much to be desired in this metagame. Magic Bounce is extremely predictable, can barely take Sucker Punches and U-Turns, and is outclassed by 2 mons who are currently BL, the Deoxys bros (D and S).

Goodra:

This thing is very cute, but really, it's just Metagross 2.0. A strong Pokemon that is outclassed by a lot of shit. AV set is completely countered by Azumarill, Char-X, and so many other physical threats.

Cloyster:

Perverted jokes aside, Cloyster only has one niche. It's the only physical sweeper in the tier that doesn't use contact moves (mostly). But, when it comes to it, contact abilities are barely seen in the meta, aside from a few like Volcarona, the previously mentioned Goodra, and some others. Cloyster would also be fucking nice to have in UU, since it's very powerful, and unlike Cinccino, with a White Herb it can take a lot of hits physically.

On the fence about:

Infernape:

I think this would end up like Thundy-T, but I doubt it. A lot of Pokemon in UU are weak to either of it's stabs, aside from a few like Florges, Jellicent and some others, but this thing get's a lot of coverage moves, and can hit pretty hard. But one word, Slowbro. Leftovers Slowbro pretty much manhandles Ape, unless it's mixed, but even then, Slowbro has both Psychic and/or Scald to hit Ape super effectively.

Sableye/Klefki:

These fuckers are annoying. If there's one reason to run Own Tempo on mons like Lilligant, Slowbro/king, and some others, it's cause of these guy's annoying ass SwagPlay sets. Lilligant with HP Fire and Slowbro/king with Fire Blast/Flamethrower pretty much handles Klefki (With Own Tempo of course), and both Granbull and Florges handle Sableye to some extent. Even then, these fuckers will be the end of me if they drop. But I want them to cause they're not too good in OU.

Trevenant:

I don't know if this will make Gourgeist irrelevant in UU, but the haunted tree will make an impact if it drops. This thing can fucking stall, recover using Horn Leech, and do some other shit that's pretty damn good for UU standards. I've use in OU to some success, but it's meh because Harvest is based on luck, and it has many common weaknesses.

The others I want to see drop, but I don't have much to say on:

Galvantula
Tentacruel
Forretress

I will post a paste about who I think should be NU and RU in XY, but then again, I am kinda bored right now. As for mons in UU I want to see "drop" to lower tiers, that's also for another time.
